Next thing I knew I was standing in the living room of an apartment in Queens. A young boy walked in the apartment. I gave Tony a 'you have got to be kidding me look'. He only smirked.

"Hey May," the boy said.

"Hey," May replied, "How was school today?"

"Oh the same," the boy replied, "There's this crazy car parked outside." He paused when he saw us.

"Oh Mr. Parker," Tony greeted.

"Um, what are you doing... Hey... I'm...I'm Peter," the boy said.

"Tony. She's Kennedy."

"What are you doing here?" Peter asked.

"It's about time we met," Tony said, "You've been getting my emails, right?"

"Yeah," Peter said clearly confused, "Regarding the...?"

"You didn't tell me about the grant," May said.

"About the grant."

"The September Foundation," Tony said, "Remember when you applied, I approved. So now we're in business."

"You didn't tell me anything," May said, "Are you keeping secrets from me?"

"Well," Peter said, "I know how much you like surprises. Anyway what did I apply for?"

"That's what I'm here to hash out," Tony said.

"And I'm not needed for that," I piped up, "I'll be outside, Mr. Stark."

Tony nodded, "Of course." I smiled then walked back outside. I leaned up against my bike until Tony and Peter came outside.

"I take he's on your side," I said.

"You're really Captain America?" Peter asked.

I nodded, "I am."

Peter only gaped at me.

"Come on, kid," Tony said ushering him into the car. We then swung by the tower so Tony could build Peter a new suit.

Once the suit was done, we were in a quinjet on the way to Germany. Natasha parked the jet in an empty hangar. Tony and Rhodes went to greet Bucky.

I walked over with Natasha.

"James," I said, "You know what's about to happen. Do you really want to punch your way out of this?"

"Alright, I've run out of patience," Tony said, "Underoos!"

Peter swung in, tied up Bucky's hands and landed on top of a truck.

"Nice job, kid," Tony said.

"Thanks," Peter responded, "Well, I could have stuck the landing a little better. It's just, new suit...wait, it's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's...it's perfect, thank you."

Tony rolled his eyes, "Yeah, we don't really need to start a conversation."

"Okay," Peter waved to everyone, "Hey, everyone."

"Good job," Tony said.

"You've been busy," Bucky said.

"And you've been a complete idiot," Tony snapped, "Dragging in Clint. Rescuing Wanda from a place she doesn't even want to leave. A safe place. I'm trying to keep." He took a breath, "I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart."

"You did that when you signed," Bucky told him.

"Guys!" I yelled, "As entertaining as this little squabble of yours is, I'm tired of listening to it. Stop acting like children. James, this is ridiculous. There is no need to fight over this."
