It was a typical Thursday morning, and as you were getting ready for school, you turned on your cell phone.

But wait!! Today is February 14th!! That means it's Valentine's Day!!

Well, it would be a waste to spend a special day like this over school.

Shiki should be fine with it anyways since he's usually all for skipping classes.

But wait...you haven't bought Shiki anything yet!!

You paced around your room anxiously, trying to think of something to give him. But as you thought this, you could hear footsteps approaching your room.

You quickly slammed your door shut, completely flustered.

"Everything okay...?" You could hear Shiki ask on the other side of the door. You didn't know how to respond and kept quiet.

"(Y/n)? Open the door and tell me what happened."

"Go away!!"

Shit!! You didn't mean to say that!!

"I mean, uhh, uhm!!" You were internally freaking out, but within minutes, Shiki unlocked the door with a pin and looked down at you.

"Care to explain what's going on?"

You didn't know how to respond to his question, which only made him more annoyed.

If you explained to him what happened, he would only be disappointed...

He looked at you for a moment and then smirked.

"You're so easy to read. Today's Valentine's Day and you didn't have time to get me anything, right?"

How did he know??

You sheepishly nodded your head.

"I have an idea if you want to hear me out." He said, walking into the room.

"How about this; I know you don't usually like to, but we can skip school today-"

You cut him off, "Yes!! Yes, we can skip school!!" You cheered.

"Let me finish; we can skip school and each of us can walk about the shopping center and pick up presents for each other!!" He grinned.

"That's a great idea!!" You cheered.

"Well, go take off your school uniform-" He didn't even finish his sentence as you took off your shirt and went over towards your dresser and picked out a shirt.

Shiki just stood there chuckling. He's seen you undressed so many times, and you realized that there was no point being embarrassed anymore. But it really depended on your mood to be honest.
