Anxiety, I have it often when I'm outside in public or when I talk to someone I barely know. It causes what seems to be a bubble of pressure inside your stomach, and sometimes gets bigger by the second. It intensifies to the point where you sometimes stutter to the point where nobody but, you can comprehend what it's supposed to sound like. Other times, it locks you in a world you can't seem to escape no matter how hard you try sometimes making you start hyperventilating just like when you panic. It makes it seem to you that anything you do or say can be wrong resulting into consequences that are unbeknownst to you. It make you seem so small in your mind that you just wouldn't know how to deal with many things. Anxiety, can be a real pain in the arse.

Anxiety, it just seems to always come back, when you least expect it you just find yourself so anxious to where you can't sit still and you don't know what triggered it. You try and take deep breaths to see if that can help and make it easier. But, being the pain it is it doesn't always work that way. People say that they can understand those with anxiety and sometimes try and make you feel better. They can't really know how it feels like because its different for many people, there are different things that can trigger anxiety in someone... So you can't say you understand it when there can be many causes and you don't know what it was. Someone else with anxiety or who has had anxiety might be able to understand in some level but, it's not always the same. Don't say you understand when you don't. Dear anxiety, you make somethings so much complicated than they are...
