Quiet

What would you do if you had to share a barrier that you have/had before and if you faced it what helped, would you share it. What if those barriers are kept hidden because with those you shared the barriers eventually pity you or see you as weak? What if they leave after you shared that with them? Everything seems okay with the mask you hide behind even though if that mask sometimes doesn’t hide everything as well as you thought. Those things you have faced or have hidden deep within yourself and never thought you would share it yet, you find yourself having to share it for some reason and you might give into it. Could it change they way people see you even though they see you as someone who doesn’t talk much because of shyness. Would the people who thought they knew you make them lose the trust and loyalty they had towards you?

Quiet, you must keep quiet unless you want those around you to look closely and see what’s deep inside. They’ll see the pieces that were once whole, they’ll seem the shattered pieces that is yourself. They’ll see the brokenness that is in you and will see if it’s worth the time and efforts to make you complete again. But will they be able to find all the pieces or will some be beyond repair or missing. Quiet, you must keep everything inside you can’t let them in, they’ll just break you even more than you already are. Quiet, you isolate yourself and they label you as shy, would that be the cover for not wanting to get hurt anymore. Quiet, you don’t talk much so they can’t detect anything that’s within. Keep quiet so that people don’t give you their sympathy and pity because that won’t do any good, it will only make you feel like something is wrong with you which isn’t the case because it’s the world that beats you down. Hush, don’t speak only you know the truth and nobody should cary something like that on their shoulders because you couldn’t keep it in.
