Chapter 32

Inside the Director's office, you could see the usual black table and gold plate with japanese characters engraved on it but the atmosphere surely wasn't the usual. It's very silent and awkward, and also a serious mist hovered around four people sitting around together.

It was Taehyung, Eunji, Namjoon and Jin. Taehyung still wore a calm face while Eunji glared at him, and if she could, she could've killed him this instant but Namjoon is being a shield to Taehyung.

"Eunji, what the hell are you doing?" Namjoon asked her, "I thought you're not this low but why the hell am I seeing you like this?" He asked in disbelief.

Eunji stared at Taehyung, "some bastard decided to go against my words."

Taehyung scoffed, "that bastard is me, I suppose. But is it my fault that Chaeyoung still chooses to be with Mina?"

"Yes! If you just told her to stay put, she wouldn't be in this situation! I told you those words yet you acted like you heard nothing and let Chaeyoung inside Mina's house!"

"Chaeyoung said she's meeting with somebody and I don't even have the right to prevent her from going out! I'm not her legitimate brother, I know where and when I shouldn't cross the line, remember that!"

Eunji snickered, "that's because you don't really treat Chaeyoung as your sister."

That ticked Taehyung's bombs and he stood up, placing his hands on either arms of Eunji's chair, he glared at her really hard, "I do. I fucking do, Eunji. You don't how much she's a sister to me. She made me happy when I thought I couldn't be."

"Oh shut up! You have Jungkook! You have your friends! What's your emotions gotta do with Chaeyoung?! You could've been happy on your own!"

Taehyung grabbed her collar, "remember it was you who told me to befriend her!"

His words made Eunji remember something but she pushed that memory away, "and you did! And that longing of yours got in the way! You longed for your siblings and actually thought that Chaeyoung can replace your loss! You just used her to your own satisfaction!"

Taehyung gritted his teeth while Eunji was smirking. She thought she's winning this argument.

"Shut the fuck up, Eunji! Because you don't know anything! I did the hard work for you! You threatened me that you'll kill me once I disobey you! I waited for 7 years for Chaeyoung to love me back as a sibling! If you want to kill me then fine! Kill me now!" His grip on Eunji's collar tightened, his face is beginning to get reddish and tears were staring to form. "You think I'm not affected that Chaeyoung is in this situation?!"

Namjoon was about to interfere because he saw Taehyung was close to exploding, but Jin motioned him not to. They watched as if they were just air.

"You think I must be so happy that Chaeyoung is in her most lethal state?! Well I'm not! You think I don't suffer when Chaeyoung does? I do! I fucking do, Eunji! Of course you wouldn't know because you fucking changed years ago!" Taehyung's tears came out rushing, veins in his forehead started to appear, the same goes for his neck area where veins where really visible almost as if they were ready to pop out. "You think I didn't die inside when I found out that it wasn't just asthma?! I did! I fucking did, Eunji! I loved and treated her like my own little sister because I have a heart! And you don't because you can't even love your twin back!"

All of his words shot through Eunji's hearts. His words hurt Eunji so much that she stared at the ground as Taehyung was starting to cry in front of her, his knuckles were turning white against the soft fabric of Eunji's collar. Her frustration soon turned to anger, she slapped Taehyung hard that he had to take steps back to balance himself.
