"This is nice," you sighed happily, laying on your stomach as you watched the love of your life swim in the pool attached to the private beach house you rented. Sebastian looked over at you from across the way before swimming from one end of the pool to the other. Watching the muscles in his back flex as he moved, you couldn't think of anywhere else you'd rather be.

Being here, in the Bahamas and away from your co-workers was perfect because you didn't have to pretend anymore. Back home, you two hid your relationship in fear of backlash from the press. It sucked having to lie to your friend's faces about where you were going or where you've been, but it was for the best. When you and Sebastian were ready, you would tell your friends that you've been spending the night in his bed instead of yours.

Before the two of you got together, you two couldn't stand each other. Maybe it was because of all the pent-up sexual tension you two had for each other before meeting. You'd seen way too many of his movies, and he to you. From friends of friends, you heard stories about him, and whether you liked it or not, you fell for him. He dated your past-coworker and she told you all the bad things that happened in their relationship which is why you didn't like him. He heard stories of you after seeing every single one of your movies.

Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie always teased him about his little crush, but he hid it behind false hatred. When you got hired to be in The Winter Soldier, you tried your best not to scoff at the mere mention of his name. You two got through that movie with as little as frustration as possible, but when you came back for Civil War, things had changed.

Just by looking at him, you could see he had become a different person. His obnoxious side had gone away, and he was starting to look attractive to you. It's not like he wasn't attractive before, it was just you were finally able to admit it. At the red carpet premiere for Civil War, you two finally hooked up. It was everything you could ever dream it would be.

When Infinity War came around, you two had been dating for well over a year. It took a year of you two hiding behind everyone's back which was easy since everyone was working on different projects. It was only when Infinity War started shooting that things got complicated. It was why you booked a week in the Bahamas with him alone. Away from your friends, the crew, fans, and most importantly, the paparazzi. Everything was perfect here.

Sebastian came up for air before swimming back over to you, resting his arms on the wood deck above.

"You look comfortable," he chuckled as he stared at you.

"This is the first time we get to be alone without the fear of someone catching us. Sometimes I wish we could tell our friends the truth."

"You know why we can't. It may not be a big deal for them, but if they know, the press with figure it out. We're both private people, and they would love a new celebrity couple to pounce on."

"I know," you whispered as you sat up, taking a sip of your cocktail Seb made you before coming out to the pool.

"Come in, the water is warm," he grinned as he swam away from the edge.

"Okay," you smiled before standing up. The view from where you were was astonishing. You could see the city, the people that walk the streets as they mind their own business. No one knew you two were here, and it felt amazing. Turning to your boyfriend, you ran to the edge before jumping into the water.

Coming up for air, you swam to Seb before latching onto his body. He wrapped his arms around your waist just as you wrapped your legs around his. Leaning down, you pressed your lips to his passionately, just living in the moment.

His lips molded against yours just as his tongue swiped against your lower lip. Grinning, you let him in and your tongue tangled with his. Having no responsibilities meant you could spend all day here, in his arms, kissing his lips. There were only a few more days left of your vacation, and you found yourself wishing it could last forever.

"What are we going to tell everyone once we land?" you asked Sebastian as the private jet took off into the air. "We'll be flying in together, they'll put the pieces together if they haven't already."

"Let's not worry about this now. Here, read the new issue of your favorite magazine, and I'll order us some drinks, yeah?"

"Fine," you smiled as you grabbed the magazine, flipping through it mindlessly. Once the plane was at the correct altitude, Sebastian got up and headed over to the drink station. Turning the page, you were about to skip it when you saw yours and Sebastian's face with the title "New Power Couple?"

"No way," you said a little too loudly as you started to read the article. Apparently, paparazzi caught sight of you two and followed you to the beach house where they got pictures of you kissing, holding hands, and laying on a single beach chair together.

"What?" he asked as he walked over.

"The whole world knows we are together. Check it out," you said as you exchanged the drink in his hand with the magazine. Taking out your phone, you went to Twitter to see people talking about the two of you. Nothing but positive comments about how cute you look, how amazing you two would be together, and how thankful they were that you two finally got together. What they didn't know was that you two have been dating for about a year.

"Is this so bad?" you asked, looking into his eyes.

"I guess not. I figured this whole thing would blow up in our faces."

"Twitter is loving us," you giggled, going over to his side and cuddling up next to him.

"I bet everywhere else is too."

"Our friends will be mad that they didn't know first."

"Shit. Didn't really think of that," Sebastian laughed, kissing the top of your head.
