Nina's POV
Nagising na lang ako dahil sa mga naririnig ko. Kinusot kusot ko muna yung mga mata ko bago ko tuluyang buksan ang mga ito. Si Jarell ang unang nakita ko. He was looking at me as if nothing matters. Nakatingin lang din ako sakanya tapos biglang may nagsalitang babae. Base sa kanyang accent, I think she was raised sa ibang bansa. Her face is familiar, feeling ko nakita ko na siya somewhere but I can't remember where. I was so shocked sa mga nalaman ko about Jarell's family to the point na hindi na nagreregister sa utak ko yung mga nangyayare. Sila lang yung nag-uusap ng twin sister niya. I was too overwhelmed that I forgot how to react. We're currently in a Japanese restaurant and Irish was the one ordering then the two talked about stuffs.
"I'll tell you later. I'll just talk to Nina."
Narinig ko na sabi niya kay Jarell. Teka, why would she talk to me?
"So now let's talk about you."
I shyly smiled and looked at Jarell na kinakausap si Yve. Nakakatuwa talagang tignan 'tong magkapatid na 'to. Nagpaalam sila na may bibilhin daw muna sa labas kaya naiwan kaming dalawa ni Irish.
"Are you dating my brother?"
"Wait what?. Dating Jarell?! Excuse me, but we're just friends."
Porket magkasama kami ng kapatid niya DATING na agad? Di ba pwedeng Getting to know muna as friends? Kidding aside pero ilang beses na ba ako navulat ngayong araw? Baka naman sa susunod ay atakihin na ako sa puso... Pero wag naman.
"Friends again? You two are so defensive. I'm just asking and since you've got the same reaction, I assume you guys have mutual feelings for each other. You just don't want me to know."
Magkakambal nga silang dalawa, parehas silang adik. Grabe! Ipagpilitan daw bang may something sa aming dalawa. Nakakaloka.
"What do you like about my brother? How long do you know each other? What is he like? Come on! Don't hesitate to answer."
Nganga. Interview na ba 'to? Masyado siyang madaming tanong to the point na hindi ko alam kung paano sasagutin. Seryoso, gusto ko na lumubog sa lupa.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bombard you with those questions. It's just that I got too excited since I really missed my brother."
"It's fine. I understand."
"Thanks. By the way, since you're kinda close to him. Can I be close to you too?"
"Yeah sure. It's fine with me."
