You answered the phone and immediately got into the important part.

"Okay now explain" you said and Jack sighed
"Okay, so I had this girl I was talking to and we were going good and everything and we started dating and we kept everything secret and everything because we didn't want to move to fast. Well anyways I went on tour, and while we were gone, I met this girl at Disney when we had our Orlando show. We exchanged numbers and started to talk. Eventually tour was over and I realized i liked the Florida girl more than the LA girl but I didn't do anything about it because she was all the way across the country from me. I kept talking to the Florida girl without my then girlfriend knowing. Eventually the Florida girl came to LA to visit some friends and while she was here we ended up meeting in private and I ended up cheating. And before you ask, no we didn't do anything that involves getting undressed. My girlfriend found out and obviously ended things and I ended things with the Florida girl because things just weren't gonna work out but I learned from my mistakes and I was young and dumb and fresh out of highschool"
"Wait so you cheated on a girl??? Jack you told me it was no big deal?!" You said
"Well yeah because I've changed and I would never do that to you, you're so much different"
"Jack, how can I- how do I know"
"Maddie please, you have to trust me, you can ask the guys, it changed me. I've matured so much now and it put me in so much pain to see what I had done, and if I ever did something like that to you, I couldn't imagine the pain we would both go through"
"When did this happen?" You asked
"Not quite 2 years ago" Jack said
"2 years?! That's not that long ago Jack"
"I know but Maddie you have to believe me when I say I've changed. I've grown up and I understand more now and Maddie I would never do that again, I promise"
"Jack I want to believe you but you don't understand. I've heard the same speech before. I've been cheated on and the guy gave me this speech and convinced me to trust him again and it was the worst mistake of my life. It ruined me and made me waste a whole year of my life to a dumb boy" you said
"So that explains why Zach's so over protective."
"Yep, if only I knew. I need to talk to Zach. I'll call you back"
"Wait Maddie, he can't know i talked to you" Jack said
"It's fine, that's not what he'll be focused on, I'll call you when I finish, bye"
"Maddie wa-" Jack started but hung up

After you hung up, you just sat there for a minute thinking about what just happened. You cooled down, and called Zach who was still shopping. After a few rings he picked up.

"Hey Ma-" Zach was saying but you cut him off
"We need to have a serious talk, where are you?"
"I'm still at the grove, what wrong?"
"I just need to talk to you about something, just find somewhere to sit or something"
"Okay go ahead, what's up"
"I talked to Jack."
"Hold on, what?" Zach asked confused
"I talked go Jack and asked him why he was the only guy you were super overprotective of and he told me"
"So he told you about him cheating and everything"
"Yeah, but I don't know what to do, I'm just so stressed" you said and started tearing up
"Listen, Maddie, i haven't been keeping you from Jack because I thought he was going to cheat on you, in fact I don't think he would. I get overprotective because you're my sister and he's my best friend, I know how y'all act when you like someone and I guess I'm not completely ready for you to date my best friend." Zach said
"So you trust him to date me?" You ask starting to gain your hope back
"I mean I guess so, but that definitely doesn't mean you can date"
"I know but Zach I'm just gonna go ahead and get this over with. I like Jack, a lot"
"I know" Zach said and you sighed in relief
"Jack likes me too"
"I know" Zach said and sighed
"Soo does that me-" you started but Zach cut you off
"No, you can't date, and you can't talk. If I find out y'all are talking behind my back, you won't be happy with what I can come up with" Zach said
"If you know he won't cheat on me and you know we like each other then why can't you just accept it"
"Because I'm not ready for it and I don't think you're ready for it and it just needs to wait, now I'm not about to sit here and listen to you tell me all about why I'm wrong and why y'all should date because it's not gonna happen, so go and have some fun with your friends and I'll talk to you later, bye" Zach said
"Bye" you sighed and Zach hung up the phone.

You felt a lot better but still not great. You knew you would have to talk to Jack because the last time you talked to him you were pretty mad. You called him but he didn't answer so you left a voice mail.

"Hey Jack, I just wanted to apologize. I talked to Zach and he said he trusts you. Call me back when you get this and please forgive me. Byeeee"

You layed back onto your bed and sighed. You were worried about you and Jacks relationship. You didn't want to break thinks off with him and you were getting worried about Zach finding out about your secret relationship. Even though you were feeling better about the situation, you were still mad at Zach for babying you even though you're twins. You chilled at home for the rest of the day and waited for Jack to call you back but he never did. You decided to call Allie and she came over and you told her about everything that had happened. She was so riled up about it and was almost about to call Zach and have a talk with him but you held her back and talked her out of it. She eventually went home a few hours later, and you took a shower and got ready for bed. While you were attempting to get tired, you were scrolling through all of the videos and pictures you had taken with Jack and the boys in the summer. You were so happy with them in the pictures but now everything was complicated. You still couldn't wait for LA and there was only 2 and a half weeks left.
