The next morning you woke up at 8:00 am. You got a shower and dryed your hair, keeping its natural waves and you put on your normal, natural makeup. You wore some jean shorts with a black belt and a normal shirt tucked in the front. You had on some white nike Air Force ones. When you got done getting ready it was almost 10:00 am, so you waited on the couch for Jack to text you. After about 10 minutes you heard a knock at the door. You ran and opened it and saw Jack.

"Hey" Jack said
"Hey how'd you know which one it was?" You asked
"Oh the lady downstairs told me, your apartment looks pretty nice so far" Jack said
"Yeah, it's getting there. Want me to give you a tour. I need to grab my purse" you said and motioned for Jack to come in
"Sure" he said and walked in and followed you.

You showed him the house and he said hi to Allie. After the short house tour, you and Jack got in his car and drove around deciding where to go.

"I'm so glad we can finally hang out without Zach on our asses" You said
"Yeah, I'm so glad you came here for spring break because every time I've seen you when you were with Zach, I always thought you were gorgeous but I never got to hang out with you because of Zach. He always warned us when you came." Jack said making you blush
"Wait he for real warned y'all?"
"Yeah, told us not to get too close because you didn't need it"
"Wow, when's the last time I saw you? Like before spring break?" You asked
"Umm I don't really know. I think it was over a year ago at one of the Dallas shows" Jack said
"Ohhh I remember" you said

You and Jack continued to talk and he eventually pulled up at a shopping mall and you got out of the car. You and Jack walked down the side walk holding hands and it was the best thing ever.

"So Jack, what're we gonna do when you ask Zach if we can date, causseeee we're already dating" you said
"Well, i don't really know, I've never done this before" Jack said and y'all laughed
"Yeah, I mean do we 'break up' and then start dating that way it's just like new?" You asked
"I mean I guess so, as far as Zach knows we're talking and not dating yet but I think he's prepared for us to date, maybe in about 2 weeks?" Jack said
"Yeah, maybe we can go on a date and then I can come over and watch a movie or something and you can just 'ask me out' while we're on our date, because they won't be there to know anything"
"Yeah, sounds like a plan" Jack said

Y'all continued to shop. While y'all were out you saw a few fans. You and Jack didn't want them thinking y'all were dating so you quit holding hands. Eventually after all the fans were gone, you and Jack went to go bowling and y'all went to Santa Monica Pier and ride a few rides. Y'all got on the Ferris wheel and you took a picture from the top and posted it with a caption saying "Best day ever🎡". You and Jack also took a cute picture together from the top. Y'all kissed at the top just like you did the first time and it was incredible. After the Ferris wheel, y'all walked around some more and Jack took a picture of his cotton candy he got and posted it with no caption. You and Jack continued your day and had a blast. Y'all decided to go eat dinner together because it was getting late. Y'all were in the car on the way to the restaurant and Jack rested his hand on your thigh. You looked up and smiled at him. You turned up the music and Jammed out all the way to the restaurant. Y'all got there and sat down at a table and ordered your food and drinks.

"Today was the best day ever" you said
"What about the day before you left, we were supposed to make that the best day ever." Jack said
"Yeah but that was when I still had the stress of school, and Zach was still not completely okay with us hanging out and today I was with you and you make it 1000 times better" you said
"Well I'll have to admit, today was amazing" Jack said and you smiled

Your food eventually came and y'all ate and continued talking. After y'all finished, y'all talked some more and then you went to the boys house because you left a few things there when you stayed the first night. When you walked in the door, Zach didn't look happy.

"Hey Zach" You and Jack said
"What's this?" Zach said and held up a picture of you and Jack walking down the sidewalk holding hands.
"I thought I told y'all no dating" Zach said angrily
"We aren't, that picture doesn't say we are dating anywhere on it" You said back
"Nobody just holds hands for the heck of it" Zach said
"Zach I swear we aren't dating, you know I would come to you first. We're just holding hands, nothing more" Jack said
"I can't believe this" Zach said
"I can't believe you're so mad about us holding hands, you're my brother, not my mom or dad. I'm 18, i live in my own apartment! I don't need my brother acting like my mom or dad because I only need one set, just please be my brother for once and let me live my life" You said and went upstairs where your things were. You came back downstairs and asked Jack to drive you home.

You and Jack got in his car and he drove you to your apartment. You were so angry and Jack could tell.

"Maddie are you okay?" Jack asked
"I just wish he would stop, he's always been bossy and he acts like he controls my life and it just gets annoying." You said
"Well, I understand but he is your brother and he's just looking out for you" Jack said trying to calm you down
"Jack he's been like this forever but it's gotten worse since he's been here. Don't get me wrong, I love my brother to death but sometimes I really just want to give him one big slap in the face with a hammer"
"Yeah, i understand. We've all wanted to do that doe times" Jack said
"He's just so annoying"
"Well Hey, if you need anything just call me and I'll be right over" Jack said and held your hand
"Thank you, Jack" you said

Jack pulled up at your building and you gave him a kiss and got out and walked up to your room. When you got there Allie was in her room and she called you in there. You went in there and told her all about you and Jacks day together. You also told her about Zach being a pain and everything else. While you were talking Zach tried to call you but you declined because you didn't feel like talking. Zach called again and this time you decided to answer and give him a chance.
