When I thought about making this story, I wasn't exactly sure how to start writing it for months, until this very guy has appeared in Young Justice.

I fangirled at this so hard and I was like OH MY GOD THIS IS JASON! 😍🤯
Although he didn't reveal his face, it's very obvious that this red hooded ninja is Jason, and here's why:
-When he saw Nightwing, he knew it was Dick which is why he said "Grayson" hesitantly. We all know that Nightwing keeps his identity a secret and that only a few people know who's under the mask of Nightwing.
-Ra's being impressed with Jason rembering his team.
-Just have a look at his memorial and compare it to the first picture.

That's his signature hairstyle. He also had the same hairstyle in Batman under the Red Hood, and in the comics. 😉
-It's mentioned before that Jason used to be in the League Of Shadows in the comics. I'm not sure which issue that's exactly from, but what I'm sure of is Ra's Al Ghul has resurrected Jason in all known universes. So, this guy being with Ra's, he didn't just resurrect him for no reason and it's definitely Jason.
So yeah, Young Justice deserves a shout out because it has encouraged me a lot to know what to do with Jason. ☺️
