Here's one for you owl bear enthusiasts

The players come into the hub area of your campaign & see that the people are loosing there mind as they run away from 3 wild owl bears who stumbled into the hub. As the players go to stop them they dart off into different directions & will run rampant in the hub till they are stopped.
