Wizard's lawn sale (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's with players that have extra spending money.

The player are doing there player stuff when the come across a flyer. It reads, "Lawn sale at (address), if you can't tell which building it is, it's the tall wizards tower". If the players attend they will find all sorts of weird potions & items made by the wizards. When they try to purchase one the wizard will recollect about it & if it's personal to the wizard the players might have to persuade him to sell it to the player
