“WHERE’S Haruki?” Holton asked as he climb down the stairs.

“She’s waiting for you at the living room, master.” Lydia answered as she led him to her.

Early bird huh, he thought.

Haruki stood up as she saw him.

“You did woke up early.” He said.

“Well, I guess I’m too excited to see the outside world.” she smiled.

For a split second his eyes seemed to be filled with sadness, concern and hatred. But he managed to compose himself and smiled again. “Are my stuffs in?” he asked Lydia.

“Yes, master. Everything is settled in the van.”

“Thanks.”

“Do you need someone to drive for you, master?”

“No thanks, I can manage. Anyways, let’s go, Haruki.”

“Okay.” She nodded as she followed him.

Two servants opened the door for them. “We’ve got to go!” Holton said to the servants as he turned on the machine. They were all lined up by the main door, as respect to their master and his guest.

“Please take care and may you have a safe trip.” the servants said in chorus as they bow.

Haruki waved goodbye and Holton drive the car off.

“Can I ask you something?” she shyly asked.

“Sure, anything…”

“Uhm… Where will your photo shoot be?”

“You’ll see.”

“Any hint so that I could prepare myself?”

“Well, it’s a street photo shoot.”

“For how long will the pictorial last?”

“An hour or two is the maximum.”

She just nodded because ran out of questions to ask.

“SO? Where are going to search next?” Kazune asked. They we’re having a conversation on the dining room. A map, ball point pen and a soul was lying on the table. Actually, this is the most difficult step for them, picking the city that they’re going to search.

She sighed. “I have no idea.” She rolled and stared at the ceiling.

“Then what now?”

“Just pin point any city on the map.” She waved her hand.

“Whatever. Okay, here it goes.” He looked up and raised his index finger, pointing upwards. Few seconds passed and he pointed his finger on the map. The two leaned forward to see the city he just pointed. “Kura? Is there such a place as that?” he asked.

“I guess so since its written on the map.”

“I’ve never heard it before.”

“Me neither. Anyways, its another new experience for us.” She beamed.

“You’re happy ‘cause you won’t bother your transportation.” he retorted.

“You’re right. I’ve got a free ride. But we might get lost there.”

“We’ll just ask for people’s help.”

“That’s your job, not mine.” She poked.

“Eh?!”

“I might scare people, you know.”

“Oh yeah. I almost forgot.”

“What are we slacking for? Let’s get to work. I’ve got to find my body sooner.”

“What are you rushing for?”

“My body might get some sort of disease or caught in an accident and die. If that ever happens, I’ll never be able to get back to my body ever again! That’s why I have to find it before its too late.”

“Okay, then let’s go!” he grabbed his backpack and stood up.

Haruki, the soul, didn’t bother to open the door because she can just pass through it. Meanwhile, Kazune just forgot that he’s still human and oops! BLAG! He just bumped himself on the door. “Ouch!” Good thing he didn’t faint and manage to get up.

Haruki was chuckling as he got out of the house. “I just forgot that I sill have a body so stop laughing, will you?”

“Yeah, right. Oh! Stop talking to me directly. People might think that you’re out of your mind!” she sang as she floated in the air.

“Fine. I’ll just pretend that I’m texting or calling you.” He sang bask as a response. It’s a good technique if he sang what he wanted to say. People might think that he’s just singing. He even used his headset for ‘props.’
