I woke up from deep slumber. I got up and realized that I’m sleeping on an antique king sized bed. I observed the things around me. The room seemed to be in medieval style. Huge and tall room with a grand chandelier… wooden furniture that meant luxury… a grand wooden door and… NO WINDOW?
“Where am I?” I asked myself. I walked passed the dresser and the image made me step back. I was in a long night gown. How and when did I ever get to change?
Gee. This is insane. I’ve got to get out of here. My family might be searching for me now. I rushed to the door. I was just a meter away when it opened.
It revealed a red-haired guy. It’s him! He’s wearing a khaki long-sleeved with two buttons open and gray pants. If he’s a human, I might be drooling now. But he’s NOT!
“Hello! So you’re already awake.” He greeted with a smile, kissing my right hand.
“Don’t touch me!” For others, he might be a gentleman. But for me, never!
“Ouch. That is so rude of you.” He acted as if he’s really hurt, placing his hand on his chest.
“Get me out of here.” I glared.
“Why?”
“I want to go home!” I yelled.
“You think you can go back with your normal life?” He starred for a moment, asking for an answer. But he received nothing so he answered the question himself. “No.”
“Beast!” My anger rose up. I was already clutching my hands, ready to punch him anytime.
“After what I’ve done, you still have the guts to say that?”
“After what? After biting me? After feeding on me? Do you think I’ll ever like that?”
He smirked, remembering what happened.
I got pissed off by his reaction. It gave me an idea to insult him “No way! Actually, it’s DISGUSTING!” I yelled in front of his face.
In a split second, I was facing his deadly glare in an inch away. I was cornered, his arm wrapped around my waist. “What did you just said?” he asked, in a husky voice. My first idea was to struggle but my body didn't move. It’s supposed to be scary. But… why does it seem so good to be heard?
