YG's "1 comeback per year" (if that) is going to be the downfall of their company's success rate

I don't really feel like going into statistics with this one haha because I find math and statistics very boring (personally), but I think we all have enough common sense and basic knowledge to know that giving their groups 1 comeback per year (if that), is going to be the downfall of the company.  By giving their artists only one comeback per year, whether mini album, single release, or full album, that actually causes a lot of struggles for success for both group and entertainment company because people will listen and then move right along.  The music release will become as though it never even happened, which is just tragic.  The industry is so hard to break into and be a part of and if you're only going to give your artists one release per year, the group won't do as well, and neither will the company.  Companies rely on their artists to make it as that is how they gain money, success, and popularity but if you are only allowing for one release per year, none of that is physically possible.

The industry thrives off of attention from fans but if the group and entertainment cannot keep a consistent increase in interest from fans, then both the group and company will flop and continue to lose money and eventually, the group may even be forced to disband (which is literally so horrible and every fan's worst nightmare).  Now while I don't fear that any YG group that is currently active will disband, it could soon become a plausible idea that people and fans will start to think because again, one comeback per year just will simply not do it.  Sure, you can give the fans tons of content to binge (which is what YG did with Treasure this year) but personally, nothing compares to a good music release.  It's only natural as a fan to expect them after so long because usually there's a comeback, break for 5-6 months, then new release being prepared but if you're only going to give the fans one music release per year, people aren't going to want to keep up with the group anymore because the main reason they stood the group in the first place was for their music.

Now, I am also not trying to diss all the content these companies have been coming up with and producing, because I personally have enjoyed a ton of the content I have seen from the groups I stan throughout the course of this year, but again, the main reason we all stan a group is for the music and the members not to get one release (if that) a year and act as though all is okay.  Fans and the artists themselves go through a drought when no new music is being released and by giving them one release per year, that is not helping the situation at all.  I also want to make it clear and noted that I do acknowledge that the artists don't always go through a drought because I know the work that goes into comebacks and promotions and that they totally deserve and need all the rest they can get, but I have also seen artists in certain situations "call out" (for a lack of better words) to their fans that they want to release new music but cannot due to their company forbidding it.

Anyway, to basically sum up my thoughts.... YG's one comeback per year for ALL their groups isn't working right now and will certaintly not work in the future.  I fear that the company and artists can severely suffer if something is not done about this soon, so I am just praying and hoping that YG figures out how to better manage their artists next year.  I hope to see tons of new music from Treasure and Blackpink as well as their other artists, and that they end this "one comeback per year per each group under their company" because it's getting old reallllyyyyy quickly.

A/N:  You have probably seen it before but again, this used to be a different chapter which is why comments are about something completely else.  Please continue to ignore old comments.   Thank you
