Time Stamp: Few weeks ago because of a comment I saw (only me honestly)
Just because a company is super big, or small, or even average size doesn't mean that one treats their idols worse than the others.
Let me explain this one before you attack me (please don't). I saw a comment the other week saying that smaller companies treat idols worse than bigger ones and I mean I understand where they're coming from because I do think smaller companies do go to a extremer measurement in some cases, but if you really think about it don't all companies? Companies unfortunately will stoop to whatever levels they want just to make their groups bigger, better, and make them (companies and idols) more known and popular. I understand smaller companies will stoop to the lowest of lows at times, but haven't all companies done that when they first started out? This especially goes for the big 3. Just because they are big companies and can probably get away with more than others can, it doesn't mean that they haven't ever stooped to low levels to make themselves better. Of course you will hear about it in smaller companies more regularly than bigger ones, but that doesn't mean big companies haven't done it as well.
Sorry this kind of turned into a mini rant but I'm kinda fed up about it you know, because I understand that the small companies do it more but so have big ones and either way it's inexcusable. I guess I could provide the TS story and SM stories as examples (so quick story time I guess). We all know about TS but if you don't, long story short TRCNG were living in these unacceptable, disgusting places and were mistreated that when two members (Wooyeop and Taeseon) tried to file a lawsuit the company tried to play it off as if none of that was real and later announced the departure of the two (probably because they got exposed for who and what they are and they couldn't handle the truth so they decided to get rid of them. Also the company filed a lawsuit against the 2 and I'm like for what because they exposed your trashy selves hmm...). TS is obviously a smaller company but to prove that it happens in big ones too let's take SM (sit down, it's a long ride). One example is actually something I talked about in this book when it was an "A/N" chapter and I talked about how they made Chenle and Jisung switch seats in a Vlive because they wanted a Korean member in the middle. There's also the numerous times they've been told to stop talking and mentioning WinWin and WayV. Oh and not to mention the amount of times our English speakers have been told to stop speaking in English and only use Korean (probably because the staff didn't know what they were saying and we're like nope no English. Honestly the boys should've trashed them then and there cause it's rude and disrespectful to tell the boys to only use Korean and not English when they clearly wanted to use English for the viewers who maybe can't speak or understand Korean). Also oh my goodness there's another story when SM staff were telling the boys to stop laughing in certain scenarios even if it was super funny. Like excuse me, would you like me to tell you to stop laughing? I think not, so DO NOT tell them to stop (also when their smiles drop cause of it, like I'm about to throw hands with these fools). Fire SM staff honestly. Like let the boys do whatever. They're young and just want to have fun. Let them enjoy life. Everyone deserves it.
(Had to separate the paragraph so it wasn't too long haha.) Oh my goodness how could I forget the EXO stories. Basically to sum it up the three previous members of EXO (Luhan, Kris, and Tao) all left because of mistreatment. They even sued the dang company because they were being mistreated, and I actually think some if not all didn't actually win (correct me if I'm wrong). Long story short, we lost 3 EXO members and others from different groups due to SM (I have a couple more if anyone's interested. I'm interested in that stuff.). Also, I mean we all know about YG and BlackPink so there's that too. The point I am trying to make is that it happens in any company regardless of size and popularity. I hope all companies can bring an end to this because I'm sure we're all fed up and done with this stuff. Thanls for reading and let me know how you feel about it cause I'd love to know <3.
A/N: Omg guyssssss!!!!!! We've reached 49 opinions and the next one will be the 50th! It's insane to think of how far this book has come and even how far I've come as a person and author. I sincerely thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me and my book (or books if you read my others). Regardless, thank you so much for making this a reality for me and for making it an enjoyable place to be. See you guys in the next chapter! It'll be interactive so I'm excited to chat (also let me know if you'd like to see an opinion with it as well or just small, simple interactions cause I'm still debating. Classic me.) Alright, everyone take care and be safe and I'll see you in the next one <3. 50 here we come!!!!
