Amongst the rubble of the destroys museum, many by standards were slowly moving towards a source of safety and comfort. It wasn't anything big and flash or exceptionally loud or even declaring that it was a safe place. It was a strange pillar of mishmash items stacked impossibly together, towering high into the air. At the very top, a round crooked table sat and atop the table crouched a peculiar figure. Human this figure wasn't, hunched and scaled with a tail whipping back and forth and wings that fluttered along its spin in irritation. The civilians knew this tower was a safe place for one simple thing: the creature was not attacking. Many camera crews tried to zoom in close on the figure but the angle of the table its slightly tilting tower made viewing the person difficult.

"Who is this person? Are they our enemy or our savior?"

"Are they a hero?"

"I've never met a hero like this before!"

"Who is it?"

On and on the news crews went, each struggling to get the perfect shot of the maybe hero. What no knew though was that person, so high up on the impossible pillar, was trying to sense the location of the abandoned.

"Incoming call," she pulled back from the electrical voice, frowning as her surroundings switched to that of a familiar blue haired female.

"Answer,"

"Tanith? Tanith sweaty can you hear me?"

"Why is my gear tell me to call you 'Silencer'?"

"Miho-Chan thought it best to use nicknames over the line. We still don't know if it can be hacked yet."

"Alright," she pulled back slightly and began looking about at the base of her pillar. "Were are you?"

"Across from you," she looked up at the buildings around her, she had twist to look at the one behind herself before she saw Yuko but the bubbly blue-haired mother didn't disappoint. "I didn't know how far out your range was so I thought I should get as close as possible." She could see her neighbor was holding up phone to her ear, the devise was the most likely way of contacting her.

"You did fine," she shrugged dismissively at her neighbor. "Do you have any ideas on what to do now? I can't concentrate with all this noise in the air."

"Scar says we can amplify each other's quirks but I'm not sure how. She wants us to focus on locating the survivors."

"Scar? As in scarlet? Like scarlet widow? Never mind, don't answer that."

"Sometimes saying something out loud is helpful to understanding it."

"Sometimes," she lifted a hand and lifted Yuko out of the building, pulling the woman towards herself quickly. "Alright then," as soon as Yuko was within range, she started up her wings and wrapped them around Yuko just for safety sakes. "How are we supposed to do this?"

"My quirk can silence sounds or amplify them, right?"

"Right,"

"Well...Scar says I should be able to do both at the same time, theoretically at least, but the problem is I can't figure out the difference between the hero's and the victims."

"That's where I come in," she bobbed her head in acceptance. Her quirk allowed her to decide who was a threat, who was injured and who was an alley. It's how she knew when to open the door or when to chuck a bomb or when to grab medical supplies and how hurt one of her allies was. "Alright, but we'll need to concentrate if we want everyone in the disaster area to hear."

"Good idea." With that, they held hands, set their brows together and concentrated on the power of their quirks. They were the last to notice the effectiveness of their quirks. Inko stretched out as far as she could, using a dust cloud to mark her boundary. No doubt it looked scarier than it was, it was designed to mark the very edge of her reach after all; it was harmless. Yuko struggled to silence all sounds around herself, seeking an edge to cut off and concentrate on.

"Ready," she wasn't sure if everyone would be able to hear her or how far out her quirk could reach. She just prayed it was far enough.

"Do not be afraid," Inko's voice was soft and muffled do to the mask she wore but it echoed down to the deepest layer of survivors and up into the highest buildings. "We are here. To those of you lost, we will find you. To those of you injured, we will save you. To those of you suffering, we will protect you. Have no fear for we are here. Hero's, watch for the butterflies, they will lead you well." Yuko collapsed to her knees, panting heavily as she ended her quirk.

"Rest," Inko ordered as she helped Yuko lay down on the table, she took one wing and flipped over the exhausted woman, just in case someone tried to take pictures. "Call Scar," her vision lit up with 'Scarlet Widow' face, the same face saw on every 'female strong' poster in the city.

"Tanith! Why are you calling me? Is something wrong?" the screen in front of her face shifted back to her surroundings, the right screen flicked over to reveal Miho's face. It was a little strange to have, quite literally, one eye on her surroundings and another on Miho's face. At least the question on how Miho could see was answered, her helmet must've been modeled after Miho's.

"Miho, I should slap you."

"Hey! I told you not to call me that on this line!"

"You didn't tell me the others were involved!"

"Oh by the way the others are involved."

"Thanks for the tip!" She barked into the microphone, Miho rolled her eyes in exasperation. "Do you have any idea how we're supposed to gather the Hero's attention? I already have a plan to figure out the difference between hero, victim but without something bright or colorful I'm afraid it won't attract anyone's attention."

"Bright or colorful?" Miho asked, her face morphing in bewilderment, "What like, you want something to glow to lead the hero's to the survivors?"

"Yeah, that'll be the best way," She answered. "The human eye is naturally attractant to bright and colorful things. So finding something glittery or bright or reflecting would be best." There was a commotion near Miho, drawing her attention she drifted from the conversation. "Just find me when you figure it out. I'll get started."
