"You couldn't even be bothered to knock everyone out before using it?! And you explained your quirk AND status to everyone else in your class year?!"

"My goodness how long is that man going to yell at her?" recovery girl asked, sitting her chair beside All Might (in his strong form), the school principal, Rokuro and Miyako. Before them was Izumi, sitting in the nurse bed with a placid smile on her face. Beside her was Tsunagu, Best Jeanist, leaning over and literally yelling at her about using her quirk so obviously in front of everyone.

"Are you trying to get kidnapped again?!"

"Um, that's not going to happen Tsunagu-san," Izumi's smile was stiff as she tried to placate her guardian. "With Rokuro-san, Miyako-san, your apprentices and sidekicks, and all the people here at school—"

"Thanks for the praise but those villains could be informants for the bigger boss," Tsunagu hissed, leaned back and crossed his arms. "What did I tell you about laying low? At this rate you'll die even faster."

"Excuse me Best Jeanist," the blonde turned to look at Recovery Girl, his head tilted slightly to the side. "Are you implying I can't save that girl's life?! How rude!"

"Ah, he's done it now," All Might stepped aside as Recovery Girl swung her cane towards Best Jeanist.

"No saving him," The principle agreed with his ever-present smile.

"Ah, no ma'am that's not what I meant," Tsunagu tried to back-step quickly with his words. "It's just that... well..."

"You care for the girl, I know," Recovery Girl huffed at him. "But you must learn that there is a difference between sheltering, raising and pushing too far—" here she stopped to glare at All Might, who quickly retreated out of her cane's reach. "If she is to be a pro-hero, she can work in this city and live with me if need be." Recovery Girl returned her glare back to Best Jeanist, "I can make sure she lives a long life. So stop trying to shelter her."

"I don't mean to be rude Recovery Girl but... you're not going to live forever," Tsunagu rubbed the back of his neck as he stared down on the plump old woman. "Besides that, you're up there in your years. No matter what you say, your solution will only work for so long and its not as if she'll be spending her every waking moment at your side. Being a pro-hero means having to move around, going from place to place, especially since her quirk has such a large range of uses. Eventually, she would overuse her quirk and end up dying on one mission or another."

"So then its good that she's here," All Might interrupted any refute Recovery Girl may have had. "U.A. High specializes in not only expanding one's knowledge of their quirk but also allowing said individual work around their weaknesses."

"Usage of her quirk weakens her body," Tsunagu sighed, leaning back on one foot and wrapping one hand around his eyes. "Her only chance of living past twenty is to find another cyan with the same quirk as herself."

"if it's so dangerous for her to use her quirk, why did you enroll her in U.A High?" Recovery Girl asked, pocking the sharp end at Tsunagu's leg.

"I couldn't exactly stop her," Tsunagu huffed, turning slightly to glare at Izumi.

"Becoming a pro-hero will allow me access to travel around the country, not just Japan but other countries as well." Izumi supplied the answer they were looking for. "With this access, I can not only find other's like myself but eventually I could find my family."

"The world is a big place Young Niitobya-san," All Might informed her. "do you have a method for finding them? Otherwise, you could be spending your whole life looking for something only to never find it."

"According to some people a few years ago, cyan's are cable of detecting each other," Izumi answered.

"Hmm? You mean that incident at Sakizumi?" Rokuro asked, speaking up for the first time.

"Yeah," Izumi nodded. "That day those monsters attacked us; those monsters were the same as that brain-guy in the USJ. The one the blue-hair called 'Nomu'."

"You've fought those creators before?" All Might asked seriously.

"Yes," Izumi nodded solemnly. "It's how I knew what he was without expanding my own sensory range."
