"It's a twenty-minute detour on the way home," Tsunagu reassured her. "It's not a problem and its within five of the biggest hero-agencies patrol rounds. So even if one of us doesn't get to you, one of the top-ten will."

"Hm, alright," Izumi nodded her head and smiled. "I can't wait!" the sidekicks immanently started whooping and hollering, a few even started roughing Izumi's short pastel locks and hugging her tightly.

"Tsunagu-sama, you mentioned something about the uniform," Constantine started, turning his attention away from the group of celebrating teenagers. "Is there something special about it?"

"Awhile back I was asked to unweave some fabric and reweave it so it'll be bullet proof," Tsunagu replied, turning a smile towards his hero-secretary. "Do you understand why I left last month and left you in charge?"

"I understand that part but what dose this have to do with the academy?"

"You idiot," Liliana smirked at Constantine. "Tsunagu-sama was asked to weave the cloth used for this academy's uniform."

"Correct," Tsunagu nodded his head. "Admittedly though I was just doing a favor for a friend. He did pay me for my efforts but I wasn't aware of what exactly I was doing the re-weaving for. Now I know and I'm pleased with the product." Tsunagu handed the diagram of the female-school-uniform over to Constantine for his own input on the diagram. The man stared at the diagram for a long time, disbelieve on his face as he read the functions and abilities of the cloth used.

"Is there a situation they didn't prepare for?" Constantine questioned as he turned the paper over and examined the details of the provided cases, shoes, and winter jackets as well. "Bullet proof, waterproof, fireproof, cut-proof, with emergency sirens apart of their class-broch and chili-pepper spray in their arm-bands. Are we sure this isn't a military encampment?"

"That was the part that sold me on them," Liliana crossed her arms, leaned back on one leg and smiled at the file in Constantine's hands. "I was going to dismiss them but the level of detail and security measures they put into the uniform caught my attention. So I read more of their pamphlets and underlined some info that was reassuring, well reassuring to me at least. I like the part that says that the memorial children will have a huge advantage in this school, including the right to carry one item that aids in the function of their quirks."

"Yes I read that as well," Tsunagu bobbed his head as he flipped the paper in question over and continued reading. "They only have to pay a hundred-dollar entrance fee, with free meals, the right to carry a weapon if they so choose, and all their school supplies handed over for free. And if they don't fee safe in their current home they have the right to move into their dormitories which is located next to the academies."

"Who supplied for these academies?" Constantine questioned, "I feel like someone is doing a whole lot of good for some kind of nefarious purpose."

"This isn't like museum-incident five years ago," Liliana glared at Constantine. "Every Richie, big company, hero-support agency, every pro-hero in existence, hell even the government pulled money out of their asses to put this academy into foundation. The Saki-Academies are now Japan's National Academy, entrance is only easy for the memorial-children. Everyone else has a serious ass-a-nine level school-entrance fees. If anyone outside of a memorial-child wants to attend they have to buy their own uniform, meals, and school supplies. The only exceptions outside of memorial-children are those who have a high-enough intelligence or a particularly gifted-skill that would make them an exceptional hero-someday. But even those kids are still paying for their school supplies at the bare minimum."

"This school also has a program that's catered to those suffering from extreme trauma," Tsunagu murmured, staring at a sheet of paper with a dull look on his face. "Technically anyone can participate but its safe to say this class is catered to the memorial-children."

"So what you're saying is that the government put this academy together to keep the memorial-children from going phyco in the future right?" Constantine questioned with a frown on his face.

"Looks like it," Tsunagu frowned thoughtfully. "That or they want to keep an eye on the memorial-children. There are rumors going around about their connection." Tsunagu glanced towards Izumi, he wondered if he should put her into those classes. Granted it had been five years since she was freed but things like that couldn't just be erased with a hug and promise to see the next morning, right?

"Thread-man, what am I going to do if someone asks who my parents are?" Izumi asked suddenly, turning away from the teenagers to look at him with a face in a mixture of fear and excitement.

"Just use them," Tsunagu retorted, pointing at his two secretaries.

"Say what?! / Oh hell no!" the two in questioned together, loudly, with matching expressions of horror.

"I can't claim you?" Izumi asked, tilting her head to the side in confusion.

"It's too dangerous," Tsunagu sighed. "I don't want my enemies to hurt you."

"Stronger then look," Izumi pouted as she glared at the meeting table, refusing to look at her guardian. Tsunagu sighed heavily, he noticed that even after so many years of speech therapy, whenever Izumi was feeling emotional disbalanced her sentences took a beating. It was like a glitch in her brain, emotional disbalance equals disjointed sentences.

"Maybe Neon but you're only ten!" one of the teenagers smiled as he reached over and roughed her short curls, earning himself a squeak of disapproval from the platinum-blue haired ten year old. "No one in this building wants to see you hurt. You're this district's baby sister. I'm pretty sure every sidekick and hero in this building would lose their minds if you got hurt."

"But I won't get hurt," Izumi pouted at the redhead, "promise."

"Don't make promises you can't keep," The teen's ocean-blue eyes sparkled at her, his smile never falling. "Let's use All Might as an example here, okay?"

"Huh?"

"All Might has no known relatives, right? No former lovers or known children right?"

"Okay?"

"That's because every time someone is hinted at having a romantic-relationship with him they usually end up dead." Izumi's eyes very nearly bugged out of her head, she was so surprised that her neck snapped when she looked up at the sidekick, her whole body leaned back as she stared at him.

"I may not be as great as All Might but the concept is the same," Tsunagu said, filling the silent air with his soft voice. "It's a silent custom amongst all heroes, from sidekicks to pros. Why do you think so many heroes wear masks? Its to keep our professions separate from our personal lives."

"If a connection is made then...people will try to kill me?" Izumi asked

"Well they'll have to get through us first!" the red head grinned, laughter bubbling up from his chest. Izumi smiled at him shyly, she understood what Tsunagu was trying to say and understood the silent meaning behind it. The sidekicks might be confident in their skills to protect each other and her, but there was a chance someone might try to go for someone the sidekicks were close too just to get to her. There were so many strings attached to them and she understood that. Hero's saw their friends and family as those they must protect, villains saw those friends and family members as targets who weaken the heroes.

"I understand," Izumi smiled bitterly to herself. "I'll neither confirm nor deny any accusations. I'll let everyone else form their own conclusions."

"That's a girl," Tsunagu smiled at her. "I'll finish the paperwork for your entrance to Sakizumi Academy. Go finish your homework."

"Come along Izumi-chan," Constantine smiled, offering his hand to the blue haired girl. Izumi giggled as she left her seat and hurried to his side."

"Liliana-san, go back to the fashion-industry." Tsunagu gave the feline-female a look, "You're in charge when I'm not there, remember?"

"Oh right!" Liliana very nearly shrieked as she scrambled to turn around and run away, back to the building she was supposed to be in all morning.

"Alright everyone else," Tsunagu turned his attention to his sidekicks as his secretaries closed the door behind themselves. "our meeting today is about the increase of attacks on banks."
