Raph's pov.

He was nervous but kept it under wraps, but he plays it off and takes Rain's hand.

"Hey, babe? We are going out tonight, dress fancy ok?" He asks and Rain nods with a tiny smile.

"Of course Raph, see you in a couple of hours."She kissed his cheek and left the room.

'Oh god it's happening...' He murmurs.

Rain's Pov.

I was getting ready for the date tonight, putting on a red jumpsuit, ruby necklace, and nude makeup for a natural look. But not too much to look overdone. 

And honey.

My makeup is on FLEEK.

I walked out of our room and approached Raph who was in human form, and in a tux.

"Hey, handsome, ready to go?"I smiled and he smirks slightly.

"If only you knew." He responds, leaving me with unanswered questions.

April had set up a picnic on a clean rooftop, a nice real dinner and it was even candlelit! It was absolutely beautiful.

"Oh Raph, it's perfect..."I spoke gently as he took my hand. He smiles and we sat down, talking and eating our dinner.

/Hours Later/

I took notice that Raph had taken a shaky breath and stood up.

"Hey, baby? Let's go look over at the city."He spoke and I nod.

We stood in silence, his arms wrapped around my waist, looking over the beautiful lights of the city. But he slowly pulls away suddenly, and I look at him to see what's wrong...

"R...Raph?!" I gasped as I saw him on one knee with a beautiful ring in his hand.

"Rain...ever since I met you I thought you were an amazing, stubborn, bada## girl, but you weren't looking for love at the beginning, weren't interested, but we became quick friends...and I loved it. But...my feelings grew and I fell in love with you...I h...hope you are ready to take the next step in our relationship...so....Rain? Will you marry me?"He asks as I stare at him with wide eyes, starting to cry, and his face grew sad.

"Yes!!"She exclaims, wrapping her arms around his neck, and a bright smile replaced his sad expression.

He laughs softly in relief, and held onto my waist, pulling me into a hug as well.

"Damn baby, don't scare me like that." He scolds with a playful smile, and I let him place the ring on my finger.

"No promises babe, " I respond before he kissed me passionately.

"I love you Rain..."He spoke.

"I love you too you big softie." I chuckled as he growled playfully.

"Shortie."

"Oh don't you start."
