I bit my lip while at the airport, nervous as hell. We were hours away from home, waiting for the plane that will take us to Louis' hometown, so he was holding me without worry.

"Calm down, love," he whispered. "It's gonna be okay."

I closed my eyes and turned so I was facing him, moving my face to his neck. "I've never been on a plane."

"It's okay. I'll be there the whole time, okay? Right here," he whispered, holding onto me.

"Yeah, you're here," I mumbled. I breathed in deeply, letting it out shakily. I pressed myself against him more, wishing I could completely mold into him.

“It's not that scary. And it's not a horror movie.”

“It’s your fault for letting me watch Final Destination the other night,” I said. “That freaked me out.”

Louis chuckled. “You begged to watch it if I'm remembering correctly. And plus, they didn't actually die, remember?”

“But they would have if they would of gotten on.”

“Baby, that won't happen. It's just a movie,” Louis assured.

Our flight was called just after that, so Louis pulled me from him and held my hand as he we walked to the terminal. He handed the attendant our tickets then lead me to our seats, sitting in the middle with me on the edge.

"As soon as we can unbuckle, we'll cuddle, okay?" Louis whispered and I nodded, holding his hand like my life depended on it. "Everything's fine, Haz."

I nodded, deciding to look at him instead of anything else. "How long is the flight again?"

"Four hours," he replied softly. He reached out and brushed his fingers against my cheek, which I leaned into. "Not that long, I promise."

I nodded, biting my lips. He put his thumb by my mouth so I stopped. "The scariest part-"

"Don't worry about it. I'm right here, nothing is going to happen." I nodded my head, closing my eyes. "If you want you can go to sleep, you can."

He moved as close to me as the seat belt would let him and I did the same before I rested my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes again. "Just closing my eyes."

Louis hummed. I attempted to move even closer to him, letting out a deep breath. I listened the the attendant when she talked but it worried me more than calmed. Louis kept his hand on my thigh, moving his thumb lightly and giving gentle squeezes.

"Come here," he said, moving me against his chest the best he could with the seatbelts before the plane took off, wrapping his arms around my middle.

I relaxed into him. Not long after the plane started to take off, and I closed my eyes tightly during turbulence, Louis kissing the back of my head and whispering loving things.

When it had calmed down and we could take off the seat belts I moved into his side. He chuckled and kissed the top of my head. "It wasn't that bad, was it?"

"I wanted to die."

Louis chucked, kissing my forehead. "You're fine, though. And in just a few hours, we'll go to my house."

I nodded, pulling away and sitting up. "I don't want them to hate me," I said, starting to chew on my lip. "They're gonna hate me."

"No they're not. They're going to love you," he assured me. "They really like you now that we've Skyped more. They see you for you and not..."

"Yeah, I get it, but what if it's not the same. It'll be flesh and blood, I can't escape or have the barricade with the screen."

"My mom's not even concerned, anymore. She loves you, Haz. She thinks your amazing." He kissed my forehead again.

"What about everyone else? You have a lot of family and-"

"Stop, baby," he whispered. "Stop, they're going to love you. You're amazing, you're so smart, you have a bright personality. They're going to wish I was you, okay?"

I let out a deep breath and nodded. "I'm sorry."

"You're fine, baby." He smiled at me. "Perfect."

I leaned into him, closing my eyes again. "Maybe I'll sleep."

"Okay," Louis answered, shifting to make me more comfortable. "Go to sleep.”
