I get up and walk downstairs. Riley and Mackenzie are sitting down eating breakfast.
I take their bags and put them in my car.

"You ready for school?" I ask them. "Mhmm" Mackenzie says and Riley nods.

I drop them off to school and come home.

I see mom sitting on the couch "treat him well" I hear mom saying. Is she on the phone? "Hmm?" I ask

"Daniel. Treat Daniel well, he's a keeper. He really loves you" She says.

"I know, and I love him mom" I say and smile. "Can you help me with a plan to surprise Daniel?" I ask "It's our 8 month anniversary since I asked him to be my boyfriend" I finish. I know we just got back together recently but Dani and I agreed to act like we'd never broken up.

"Of course! What do you need me to do?" Mom asks. "Can you entertain him and keep him away from the back yard?" I ask. "Consider it done" she says "thanks" I yell and walk out to my car.
