It had been several weeks since Chloe had been rescued. She was so happy to be back with Beca and with her friends. Beca couldn't have thanked Aubrey enough. The blonde came through and she was able to help the police track down Chloe and save her. Chloe also thanked her best friend abundantly. She still couldn't believe that she was finally safe and away from her father who was now serving the rest of his sentence and more in prison. There was no way he could have gotten out and that brought Chloe, Beca, and everyone else some closure.
Chloe had been examined by the ambulance before she was able to go home. She had a bit of bruising from where Randall had grabbed her and was rough with her but thankfully, she suffered no serious injuries. Chloe also had to give her statement to the police and a few other things before she was able to go home. When she got home, the first thing she did was cuddle Billie who was over the moon to see her mommy again. Chloe had missed her dog so much and she cried when she saw her. The next thing she did was have a good, long shower. She had a big dinner with Beca and Mark followed by a big dessert, which Chloe loved. She missed her food and missed the feeling of having a full stomach.
"I can't believe I'm back here..." Chloe said as she was curled into Beca's side.
Right now, the two of them were lying under the sheets and playing a game on the PlayStation together. They were both so happy that they were together again and all felt so surreal but they were glad that things were getting back to normal.
"You have no idea how happy I am that you're back, Chlo," Beca kissed the girl's head. "I can't tell you how crazy I was getting. I couldn't stop looking for you. I went to extreme measures to get you back."
"I know. I still can't believe you went to Aubrey."
"I would have done anything to get you back, baby. If Aubrey's dad wasn't going to help then I would have hired a private detective or gone looking for you myself. I wasn't going to stop until you were found."
"You're my hero." Chloe lifted her head from Beca's shoulder to kiss her.
"Well, you're actually you're own hero."
"Me?"
"Yep."
"How?"
"Well, the only way we were able to find you was when Randall called up and ordered a pizza. The military has this special device that can track people's voices and match it. So, Aubrey's dad used it and when Randall's voice came up, it showed up on their device and they were able to track it from there. I don't know how it works but it was pretty cool."
"Wow... That's how you found me?"
"Ah huh," she nodded. "Pretty cool, right?"
"It's amazing! You're still my hero though. Without you, I wouldn't have been found and I'd be somewhere in another state. We were just about to leave when you turned up."
"Thank God we showed up when we did."
"I must admit. That was pretty hot when you punched him."
"You liked that, did you?"
"Yep." Chloe rubbed her hand across Beca's stomach. "Very much."
"I told you, Beale, I'm a total badass."
"Oh, for sure. One-hundred per cent."
Beca chuckled and kissed Chloe's head. "I love you, baby."
Chloe smiled at the words as she felt her heart swell with happiness. "I love you, too, Becs. I love you so much..."

"You really are something else, you know that, right?" Stacie said as she and Aubrey were getting ready for bed.
