Today was the day where Chloe was going to move out of her house and into Beca's. The girls got up at around nine and finished packing up the remainder of Chloe's things. When Mark arrived at half-past, the girls loaded Chloe's things into the car while Mark took a look around the house and took photos for the police that they were going to go and see later that afternoon. Mark was appalled by the state of the house and how Chloe was forced to live and he wanted to get Chloe out of there as soon as he could.

"Is that everything, babe?" Beca checked.

"Yep."

"And you're sure that you don't want to take your wardrobe or anything?"

"I'm sure, and it's not mine anyway. I don't want anything that will remind me of him. I just want to leave and go to my new home."

Beca smiled proudly. "Me, too."

"Are you ready for me to move in with you?" She checked.

"Absolutely. I want you out of here ASAP."

"You won't get sick of me?"

Beca scoffed. "Are you kidding me? How could I get sick of you?"

"Just checking."

"You have nothing to worry about, babe, okay? Everything's going to be fine from now on in. I promise you."

"Okay," Chloe beamed then leaned in and gave the brunette a kiss.

"Ready to go, girls?" Mark said, walking into Chloe's room.

"Ready, babe?" Beca checked.

"Yes," she nodded. "Let's go."

Beca smiled proudly at her girlfriend before taking her hand and walking with her out of her house and into the car.

"Proud of you," Beca said as she sat in the backseat with Chloe.

"I couldn't have done it without you."

"Are you feeling alright, Chloe?" Mark checked as he started the car.

"Yes. Thank you so much again, Mark. You have no idea how much this means to me."

"It's my pleasure, honey. We'll go down to the police station and tell them they're all good to go. We'll do that and they'll take care of the rest."

"So, when daddy comes back, he won't know where I am?"

"He'll be arrested and he'll be told that you've been put into a home, which is true. You have nothing to worry about."

"Thank you. I promise that I'll do what I can to help around the house."

"It's okay, honey. You don't need to worry about things like that. Just focus on settling in and dealing with the change. Our home is your home now."

"Thank you so much. I can't wait to settle in."

"We can't either."

"So... with the... photos and stuff... The police will take it all?" Chloe asked nervously.

Beca could tell that Chloe didn't want to ask so she squeezed her hand for comfort.

"Yes," Mark nodded. "They will take everything they can and use it against him and from what Beca's told me, I'm confident that he'll be put away for a long time."

"Did... ah... did you... look at them?"

"No, honey," Mark shook his head. "I won't look at them out of respect for you and I also don't want to."

"Oh... Okay. Thank you."

"You're welcome."

"Hey," Beca squeezed Chloe's hand again. "You don't need to worry anymore. Dad and I have got you and the police will do what they do best. Your dad is going down."
