Kim's POV
- After School -
I was waiting in the school grounds for Rebecca to finish her last bit of helping with the decorations in the art room and for the school bus to arrive.
I sat down on the steps and was soon joined by someone in a black leather jacket.
I rolled my eyes. I knew who it was. Duh.
"Hey." Kendall smiled.
"Hey. What do you want?"
"You." He mumbled.
"What?!"
"What? I didn't say anything yet."
"Uh huh." I said staring at him with an open mouth.
"You might wanna close it." He said as he put his fingers under my chin a pushed it upwards. "You don't want flies in there."
"Oh ha ha." I laughed sarcastically.
"So what's up?"
"Since when do you care?"
"Since lunch break."
"What happened during lunch break?"
"Uh you, me, your friend and the guys became friends?"
"Really? I thought the intros were just to ease the tension of sitting with strangers."
"You're still just as stubborn, Kim." He said looking at me.
"Well, so are you."
"So, you're gonna answer my question?"
"Which one?"
"What's up?"
"Nothing. Just waiting for the bus. You?"
"You go on the bus? I can give you a lift if you want."
"No, I'm good."
"Sure?"
"Yep."
"So, er, can I borrow your English notes?" He said making a guitly face.
"What the hell were you doing in class?" I asked as I turned to face him.
"I was working on a song."
"So you really do play?" I asked
"Yep. But that's my private buisness."
"Miss Astrid is gonna flip if she finds out."
"If she finds out." He smiled.
"Copy Cat." I said as I fell for the smile and looked for my English notebook.
"Meow!" He said peaking into the bag.
"Back off!" I laughed
"Chill out." He said as I handed him my notes.
"Don't you dare mess them up."
"I wouldn't dream of it. I'll get them back to you tomorrow. Thanks." He said as he kissed my cheek.
What the hell?!
"I, er..sorry." He said as he realized what he might have done.
"I-it's okay."
"Oh, well see you around, Kim." He said
"See you around Copy Cat." I grinned as he went down the steps.
He laughed and my heart did a drum roll.
"I saw that." I heard Rebecca behind me.
"Shut up." I muttered as I blushed and the bus came into view and I climbed onto it.
