Roman POV
Once I finished changing into my regular prince outfit, I walked into the trait complex. It's been forever since I've been here. There's really no reason for us sides to visit this place.I walked down the hallway of sorts, looking for Picani's room. Where is it?
Than I saw it. It was a light blue door covered with stickers from cartoons. I knocked. No one answered. Of course, the one person who would know how I can help Virgil with his...well depression, isn't here right now.
I walked farther down the hallway towards Remy's room. I reached his door. Black covered in silver glitter and little stars.
I knocked. No one answered, but I could hear talking from inside. I turned the door handle, to see that it was unlocked. I pushed the door open.
"Hey Re-?" I started to say, stepping into the room. But I was caught off guard a bit. Picani was sitting in Remy's bed, rambling on about some cartoon while running his fingers through Remy's hair. Remy was laying on the bed, his head in Picani's lap.
But once I entered the room, Remy shot up with an angry look.
"What the hell are you doing here?" He asked, obviously not liking me here.
"Be nice." Said Picani, putting his hand on Remy's shoulder. "Hello Roman!" He Said cheerily.
"I just wanted to talk to you about something, but am I interrupting something?" I asked with a smirk. Remy stood up and stormed over to me.
"Oh so you sides get to come down here from your high horse to come hang out with us commoners." He said sarcastically.
"Remy, you know the sides don't hate the traits." I told him.
"Yeah, whatever." He said. "Just leave me and Emile alone."
"No, I need to talk to you about Virgil." I said. "Than I'll leave you and Picani to make out." Picani blushed heavily and Remy glared at me.
"What about Virgil?" He asked, trying to get me off the subject of him and Picani.
"Maybe just leave him the hell alone because he needs to sleep and it's come to my attention that you like to bother him and keep him up." I explained.
"Oh so Princey has a crush." Said Remy with a smirk.
"No, Princey has a boyfriend." I corrected him. Picani let out a gasp.
"I told you!" He yelled giddily. "I told you they loved each other!"
"Yeah, I know honey." Said Remy gently.
"I'm not the only one with a boyfriend..." I mumbled, looking at the two. Picani stood up and walked over to us.
"Is there a reason you're here Roman?" Asked Remy, sounding frustrated.
"Well I wanted to talk to Picani about ways I can help Virgil." I explained. "And I wanted to talk to you about leaving Virgil alone at night."
"Is something wrong with Virgil?" Picani asked. "I've heard around he attempted suicide and that Deceit is back?"
"Yeah...both of those are true." I told them. "Virgil is mostly better now, it's been four days since the incident. But yeah, Deceit is back and he's attacking us."
"Why?" Asked Remy.
"I don't know." I said. "Virgil won't tell us."
"I mean, I've known that Deceits been hurting Virgil but I didn't think he'd attack you other light sides." After he said that, he slapped his hand over his mouth realizing he said too much.
