Logan POV
I stared ahead of myself in shock. I turned around quickly, looking at the giant hedge walls that surrounded me.

This is why I hate Imagination, nothing logical ever happens here. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes for a second, trying to gather my thoughts. Okay, what just happened.

Corruption just turned Virgil back into Depression. Which led to the release of Remus and Ignorance, two people I haven't seen in a long time. Me and Patton have been around long enough to remember when the dark sides roamed freely. However, we didn't know of Virgil being Depression.

Me and Ignorance did not get along, for obvious reasons. He refused to listen to reason, instead of coming up with his own crazy theories for everything and refusing to listen to facts and other people's opinions.

Remus, is a very demented person. I was aware of Roman's brother, but Roman always seemed to have control over Remus. I guess that was Virgil, not Roman, trying to protect us from Remus's thoughts.

We had met Deceit a few times, but our encounters with him had been very limited. We had no knowledge that Corruption or Virgil as Depression even existed. Than one day, they just disappeared without a trace.

They disappeared about the time Virgil showed up...only a few weeks prior to Virgil's arrival. Suddenly everything was starting to make sense.

But now they're back and trying to destroy Thomas. And as logic I couldn't let them do something that...well stupid. Do they not understand that if Thomas dies, all of us will cease to exist.

What confused me the most was Deceit and Doubt. I didn't know it was possible for that snake to love someone. Or to even kill himself that person could live.

I opened my eyes again. This is a hedge maze. Corruption said we need to find each other and than save Patton, Picani and Virgil.

Based on my calculations, Deceit will be waking up in mere minutes.  But Doubt is another story.  I'm sure the other sides don't know this, but I'm assuming Remy and Picani do.  The traits can die off.

They will reform eventually, but it won't be the same Doubt as before.  He won't have any of his memories.  Hopefully Doubt did not actually die, but based on the wound he most likely is.

I have to find Patton. That should be my main goal. I can't focus on the others. I need Patton back. Now.

I started walking down the path. Mazes are relatively easy for me, but I could sense energy coming off the hedges in waves. This wasn't an ordinary maze.

I went to my right and headed down the path. Quickly I came to a big clearing. I headed into it, hoping Id come across on the other there.

Instead, the clearing was full of books. Just piles and piles. There were huge chalkboards covered in equations.

"Where am I?" I wondered aloud.

"Welcome home Logic." Whispered a disembodied voice.

"Who are you and what do you want from me?" I asked the voice. "This is not my home. This isn't Thomas's apartment, nor my place in the mindscape. Therefore is this not my home."

"It's where you belong." Whispered the voice. I sounded like it was right in against my ear. I turned to see no one. "You don't belong with those idiots that are the other sides. Your way to smart for them."

"I am aware that you are trying to tempt me by complimenting my knowledge, but I am smart enough to know that none of this is real." I told the voice. "So I will be on my way." I started to head towards the opening back into the maze on the other side of the clearing.
