Deceit POV
I paced back and forth in my room. Ironically, I am panicking. Much like that anxious side I pick on.

I sat down on my bed and placed my head in my hands. I let out a sigh. I can't believe I'm still doing this. I heard what sounded like sparks of electricity come from the corner of my room.

"Well I-I can be-believe it." I turned to see, none other than Corruption.

"What do you want now?" I hissed at him. "To rub it even more that your winning?"

"No, ju-just to re-remind you to pick-ck up the sl-slack." He hissed back, walking over to me.

I could feel the crackle of electricity coming off of him even from across the room.  Little bolts of electricity danced between his fingertips.  His eyes were pitch black instead of brown. His hair was brown like everyone else, but there were black and white highlights.  He wore all black, very similar to how Virgil used to dress.  He had ripped black skinny jeans. A ripped up black shirt and a black cloak.

But the worst part of him was his face and skin.  He was very pale but all over him were black twisting veins that seemed to move just underneath his skin.  One of his eyes was constantly glitching.  It'd be his regular eyes, but seconds later it'd just be a gaping black bloody hole.

He would twitch and jump a lot, sometimes loosing control of his movements.  Watching him walk towards me was honestly horrifying because every few seconds he would violent twitch or his hands would start twitching, bolts of electricity flying off of them.

"We have a dead-deadline." He stuttered. "Or have-have you for-forgotten."

"I haven't, I swear." I told him, holding my hand up.

"I do-don't believe y-you." He hissed. "You-your Deceit."

"I'm not going to disobey you." I whispered. Corruption thought for a bit.

"I th-think you need a re-reminder about w-why you are g-going to lis-listen to m-me."

"Please don't hurt him." I said, remembering what happened last time Corruption thought I was disobeying him. "Just let me see him."

"I n-eed you to hur-hurry up de-destroying Vir-Virgil so I can t-t-turn him back to De-Depression."

"I know I know." I told him.

"I don-don't think you do." He hissed, grabbing me by the shoulder, shocking me a bit. "So I-I'm going to give you a little re-reminder."

"Please..." I whispered. "Just let me see him. Don't hurt us."

"You g-get a h-half hour. An-and that-s it." He told me. "And after-afterwords your going b-back to hurt Vir-Virgil a-again."

I nodded. Corruption grabbed me by the back of my neck tightly, shocking me horribly. I shut my eyes, and when I opened them, I was back in the cramped closet sized room off of Corruption's room.

I turned around quickly, my eyes landing on him. I let out a sharp gasp and rushed over to him.

"Doubt? Doubt?!" I said, shaking him away. He opened those beautiful brown eyes of his and looked up at me. Instantly, he launched himself up at me and started crying.
