Shin-hye's P.O.V:

"Please you can't come in. I told you she doesn't want anyone in." I ignored the secretary's orders and the employees horrified looks and barged into the office with a force that startled both Mrs. kim and the secretary equally.
Tae's mum looked up from her phone call, her eyes going wide. She then narrowed her eyes clicking her tongue and went on with the phone call gesturing for the secretary to go out. She obliged with a nod looking quite scared. I didn't blame her.

"I'll have my secretary call you later. Seems there are a few things that I need to take care of." I waited impatiently and she straightened her back.

"Park shin-hye, to what shall I give the honor of your presence?" she spoke in a fake smile. "You have school I presume, don't you? Please do take a seat." she offered motioning for me to sit. I bowed then shook my head.

"I didn't come here to chat Mrs. Kim. Or are you still going to act like you did nothing at all?"

"Maybe tea will help you relax." She managed to ignore my accusation and pressed the phone ordering two cups of tea.

"I really don't understand how you could easily ruin people lives like it's nothing. And not anyone's live, your son!" I shouted whispered barely able to control my temper. She's done enough damage to my life and it's time to put things to an end.

"You certainly need to control your emotions Shin-hye or they could easily control you," she looked unfazed by my outburst and was still relaxed.

"He's your own son. How could you do this to him? To us?"
She laughed throwing her head back and I froze.

She was laughing?

"Us?  You mean you and my son? That's really hilarious Shin-hye. Though I have no idea what you're accusing me of but please do elaborate. Oh and make it quick, I have several meetings and no time for nonsense childish behaviors and tantrums."

"What's nonsense is you blackmailing your own son to leave me. Is the idea of us together really that intimidating to you? Or does his happiness intimidate you the most? Oh or maybe the real nonsense is threatening to remove my dad from his position. Is that how your well-known company treat its long term employees?" I slammed my hand furiously on her desk and that seemed to grab the attention of nearby employees and to upset her as well because she rose from her seat with narrowed eyes.

"Who do you think you are coming into my office and humiliating me in front of my employees?" she shouted back and that was the first time she gave out emotions of any kind.

I flinched stepping back.
"What? You really think I'll be terrified know that you know?" she laughed tilting her head to the side, "You poor child," she patted my shoulder sarcastically and I stepped back.

"You know nothing at all. He's my son." she pointed her finger at her chest and I felt her deep glare penetrate my soul.

"I am the only one that knows what's best for him and that clearly doesn't include you or his music," I was about to intrude but she continued. "He's only infatuated by you and trust me I know my son. He'll get bored eventually. Just like he got bored of his company's responsibilities. You are not any different."
I shook my head because this was nothing like him. She only wanted to make him feel useless and selfish but he is nothing close to that.

"You know what? I pity you. I really do" I added and she froze in her place her eyes  lingering on me. Her hands were resting on her hips but she dropped them to her sides.
"You only care about yourself but your son? I don't think so. The only thing that matters in your family is you. And it really is shameful that you know nothing about him. Do you care whether he's happy or sad? Whether he's sick or feeling depressed? Ever wondered what made him love music so much?" she stared at me speechless, opened her mouth then closed it.
