-(TOBIAS' POINT OF VEIW)-
I hold Tris tightly, partially because I love her and all, and partially because I'm afraid that if I let go then I might lose her again. I desperately want her, and I can't stand losing her. With Tris being gone I realized how much she really mattered to me.
We just stand there, hugging, until the gosh dang stupid school bell rings, causing her to pull away.
"Uhh... Tris?" Blake idiotically approaches. "Ehem? Remember me? Your boyfriend."
"We're through." Tris says, taking my hand and pulling me to inside the school.
"What?"
"Let me clarify," Tris states, turning to face Blake. "We are done. Nothing. Zilch. Through. Zero. Let loose. Going in different directions. Separate. Cut. The end, goodbye."
I laugh at Blake, and walk with Tris to class.
-(TRIS' POINT OF VIEW)- A Few Months Later -
Tobias and I have been dating for about three months now. Caleb still hates him, and he hates Caleb. I guess that's might be a problem later, but I don't feel like dealing with it now.
"What'cha thinkin'?" Tobias asks me. We are laying on the living room couch, with me snuggled against his side.
"Nothing really." I respond, smiling as I turn my head up from his shoulder so I can see his face. He looks at me and smiles, and runs his hand through my hair.
"Sure." He says. "Because you thinking about nothing is normal."
"Yeah, it is. Told you so." He laughs and pushes himself up a bit, pulling me with him, so that his upper back is resting against the arm rest of the couch.
"Mm. Why'd you have to move? I was comfortable." I say as I pull myself up too, then wrap my arms around his waist, snuggling my face into his chest. He chuckles softly and wraps his arms around me.
"Ehem?" A voice says from behind the couch. I turn my head to see Caleb standing in the kitchen with a glass of water, raising his eyebrows. "What exactly are you doing?"
"Nothing of your concern." Tobias snaps at him.
Caleb glares at him, "I wasn't talking to you."
"I don't care. You mentioned me, therefore I am in the conversation."
"Do me and the world a favor, and shut your face."
Tobias gets angry and moves to get up, but before he can I push him back down. ''Stop it, both of you. Your both being immature."
"How am I being immature?! He is, not me!" Caleb whines.
"Only an immature person would say that. Now please leave."
Caleb groans, and grabs his water, then goes back upstairs. I turn back to Tobias, who is frowning and has his arms crossed. He looks at me and says, "I hate him."
"I know. But your gonna have to deal with it."
Tobias groans and I smile. He's so cute.
Laughing, I manage to say, "Your so stupid!"
Tobias squints at me and shoves me off the couch, then pins me down on the ground. "Stupidly cute."
"Since when do you admit your cute?"
"Oh, Tris. Tris, Tris, Tris. I've always known I was cute, I just didn't want to brag."
"Since when are you humble?" I laugh.
