Woo! We're finally here! :D
Beware: There will be some irony and puns in this chapter ;)
☆•☆•☆"Forgetting about someone?" Al says as he steps out of his car and walks to us.
Tris groans in annoyance and grabs on to the sleeve of my shirt. I give her a confused glance as to why she is acting so coldly to him right away. It makes me wonder if something happened while I was gone.
It really does scare me if something happens to her. She doesn't notice it but there are a lot of guys in the school (and outside) that want her, and I can't help but fear that she'll end up leaving me for some other guy.
I mean, what's in it for her? I got nothing to me besides an abusive father and messed up character.
Haha, character.
You know, it's almost like my life is a story. Everything happens in sequential order and after a conflict falls, another takes it's place, without overlapping the original.
That would be so weird...
But that's highly unlikely!
"Hey, Four, can I have a word with you?" Al asks me, clearing me out of my thoughts.
"Uh.. Sure?" I answer back.
Al leads us back outside, where nobody would hear our conversation and where nobody would be paying attention.
"So how are things with you and Tris?" He asks me.
"Uh, good?"
"I'm guessing you two are happy together?"
"Yeah, of course..- Why are you asking me this?"
"Just to see... You should know that it won't be like this much longer." Al answers with a mischievous grin.
"What? Yes we will!"
"Oh suuure, Tobias. Whatever helps you sleep at night. Oh wait, that's Tris, correct? It's a shame she won't be much of a cuddle buddy soon. At least not with you, she won't."
"Don't you dare." I said, hatred and utter seriousness laced into my words.
Al shook his head and laughed. "Just wait," he mumbled as he strolled into Christina's house, closing the door behind him.
That little...
I swear, if he does anything to my Tris, I will hurt him beyond repair.
Snapping myself out of my thoughts [before they could get to graphic and *possibly* homicidal], I swung open the front door a little to harshly, which earned me questioning glances from my friends (and a smirk from Al).
Tris pats the seat next to her. Sitting down with her, I look at what everyone was watching- a cheesy, low-cost TV show.
From what everyone told me, it was supposed to be a comedy, but it was so low-budget that they ended up having to crack a dull-witted joke every few minutes, and play the laugh-track for every action that the characters made.
To sum up the show in one word- Crappy. I could go more in-depth but I'm trying to keep myself PG-13.
Why? I think having a few morals to go by would help me at this point.
But anyway, the show was so ridiculous, it was interesting.
*TV SHOW*
"Hey, Jimmy! Come take a look at this!" *Leans towards TV*
"...And now, May Montry with the current news."
