"Ah shit, this fucking hurts." Dabi couldn't help but to curse as he limped all the way from the room Kei left him behind. He needed to find a way to atleast stop Kei from laying his hands on Aoi and Akashi.

Dabi regretted the fact that he let Kei take control over him. Kei had threatened him that if he won't be his accomplice, he'll destroy his family.

Now that Dabi had finally reconciled with his family, he never wanted to loose anyone again. But guess he chose the wrong option. Instead of freeing himself from the shackles of being a villain, all he did was to help Kei create chaos. Kei never kept his word that he would stay away from his family and that made Dabi pissed even more.

He planned to search for Eri first to set her free and then bust out of here after finding Aoi and Akashi if Kei was able to take them. Dabi opened the doors of each room to search for Eri but he was unsuccessful.

He searched and searched until he had reached the last room that was not yet opened. He immediately went to open the door to check insode but his heart sank as soon as he recognize who Kei was talking to.

Kei was both holding Aoi and Akashi's hand and they seemed to be talking about something and the children were listening to him intently.

Dabi felt all the pain and tiredness of his body disappear, and anxiousness overthrew the fatigue feeling that Dabi was experiencing.

Dabi never thought of the consequences of his action, but instead, he just started to sprint towards the trio's direction just how his body told him to do, "KEI! LEAVE THEM ALONE!" He came in stomping as he shouted at the top of his lungs.

His blue flames started to wrap his whole arms and he was ready to fight Kei any moment, but what made him halt on his tracks was when Aoi and Akashi both look at his direction. Chills were sent crawling to his skin and he never liked the sight of the two kids looking at him like that.

Dabi glanced over Kei and disbelief were all written in Dabi's face, "Kei... What did you do...?" he asked but Kei just replied with a shrug as he plastered a victorious grin. His smug look pissed Dabi off that set him off to attack him.

"Toya-nii..." In a matter of few seconds, Dabi found himself laying on the ground in anguish, holding his stomach using his arms to cover it as he felt the pain after almost getting pierced in the guts by Akashi.

If Dabi hadn't catch Akashi's hands at his light speed movement, he could've died there as soon as possible. If Akashi was trained properly on how to use his quirk, he'd definitely killed Dabi. Knowing that his quirk was same as yours.

"Aka...shi... why are you...?" Dabi couldn't help but ask. But instead of gettibg a reply, Aoi walked closer towards the male, standing above him.

And one thing that Dabi noticed was Aoi's eyes. They were no signs of emotion in it. They were purely blank, as if their life had been sucked out from them. The eyes of a killer. Dabi's heart began to race as he slowly got up from the ground.

"You're a villain, right, Toya-nii?" Aoi asked and his blunt question made Dabi flinch. His voice were also empty. There was no sign of the usual Aoi. The little Aoi who used to get flustered easily, there was none.

"Aoi? What are you talking about? I don't know what you mean-" Dabi was interrupted when Aoi stuck his arms out, palms facing Dabi's face and without second thought, detonating a large explosion from his hands.

Dabi immediately used his forearms to cover his face but exposing the rest of his body and accepted the explosion that was fully blown into him.

Aoi's explosions were like bombs detonated with a thunder that could be heard for blocks in all directions. It was strong, that it even made Dabi's skin burn.
