Katsuki tried to catch up with Aizawa's team, and he was lucky enough to even dodge all the attacks at him. He had no time to waste. His body was itching to bash Kei's head on the ground.

"Aizawa!" Katsuki alerted Aizawa as he blew an explosion right at the nomu who was about to attack him. Aizawa looked at him with disbelief and so did Katsuki.

He never saw Aizawa that tired before. It was as if he had been fighting for ages. All of the heroes inside the warehouse had been panting heavily but nomus kept on coming out of nowhere.

"I told you to stand back, Bakugou!" Aizawa yelled but Katsuki just ignored his former teacher's distress but instead, he started to attack the nomus who were attacking them.

"Got no time for that shit, Aizawa." Katsuki said as the corners of his mouth turned up, curving into a smirk. But that smirk was immediately wiped off from his face when he saw Edgeshot being thrown in the air and his body slammed on the floor.

They immediately gathered around the hero and gave him cover for him to recover, "Get up! There's no time to loose, Edgesh-" Miruko was about to help Edgeshot on getting up when she didn't notice the nomu behind her.

The creature grabbed her head by one hand and indiscriminately slamming her body on the floor until she became totally limp. The nomu who slammed her on the ground raised her in midair, still holding her head.

Her nose were bleeding and her eyes were in a disarray. She was losing her consciousness when the nomu decided to throw her away like she's just a piece of garbage.

Endeavor took a deep breath in as he fired his crimson, blazing flames at the nomus but it was evident in his appearance that he was already exhausted. God knows how long they've been fighting countless set of nomus and their quirks had reached the peak of its limit a long time ago. Their will to live was the only thing that keeps them fighting up until now. But their bodies are gradually breaking down into pieces.

Fatgum was already in his deflated state, a proof that he too, had already reached the state where he used all his stamina and metabolized all his fats to defend the team.

"Perfect." Katsuki grinned widely as he began to crack his knuckles. He began to step forward and nomus began to attack him. Although he knew that it was pretty stupid, but atleast he can join in the battle without Aizawa hogging all the fun.

As he began to simply attack, Aizawa and Fatgum backed him up. They saw a glimpse of hope, now that the present no. 1 pro hero is there, fighting alongside with them.

They were able to wipe out some of the nomus but more of the nomus keep on showing up. Katsuki panted heavily but he was too determined to keep on fighting.

On the middle of their battle, Fatgum collapsed, making the nomus attack him in his vulnerable state. Katsuki propped his hand backwards and used his explosions to propel himself on the air. Landing on the top of the nomus who were attacking Fatgum.

As soon as his foot stepped on one of the nomus' back he fired a large amount of explosion at them to stop them from attacking Fatgum any further.

He was exhausted. Katsuki felt his limbs grew tired and heavier every second he moves. He can feel that his head are getting dizzy again and his body was constantly damaged every time he uses his quirk.

Aizawa joined Katsuki to protect their comrades, but what made Katsuki grew weak was when he saw two familiar kids, standing beside a man who was wearing a lab coat with a surgical mask. They are sitting at a top table while watching.

His heart sank as he immediately recognized the two kids, his hands trembled as his jaws were cleched tightly. All Katsuki could hear was the fast paced beating of his heart. He never felt so scared before.

Those two was his children. Kei has them.

"KEIIIII!" Katsuki shouted at the top of his lungs, "LEAVE THEM ALONE!" He added as he began to bolt towards Kei's direction.

He didn't care if nomus block his way, he would just shove them away just like that. Because Aoi and Akashi were more important. He couldn't just stand there and watch Kei hold his children as a hostage.

Or so he thought they were...

Katsuki was about to take another step towards them when he felt something exploded right on his face, forcingly made him take a step back.

He was fast to cover his face with his forearms for protection but what made him felt nervous was after realizing who fired that shot at him.

"I don't want to hurt you. But I also dont want you to hurt Kei... Katsu-nii." his eyes widened in terror. He felt all the blood from his body flushed and his face were pale after realizing what is happening.

His lips began to tremble, "Aoi... Why?" his voice cracked as he asked the ash blond kid with an (e/c) eyes that looked like his splitting image when he was younger.

Kei placed his hand on Aoi's shoulder that made Katsuki's blood boil even more. Aoi stared at him blankly before he answered, "Because I think Kei is right. The world is more peaceful and cleaner without quirks." he replied.

Katsuki's hand trembled, but he never wanted to give up. A part of him wanted to believe that all of what Aoi said was just a joke. If this was a dream, Katsuki would want to wake up from this nightmare.

He charged towards Kei's direction but he was immediately blocked when a whitish-blue streaks of lighting went past through him. And after a few second, he felt numb all over his body. He looked down, only to see Akashi, electrocuting him with his quirk.

Katsuki realized that Akashi's quirk was too strong for his age. He was left there frozen and feeling all numb after getting electrocuted. But after a few moments later, Katsuki fell on his knees. He finally felt all of his strength leaving his body.

"We're sorry, Katsu-nii. But Aoi is right. Heroes are just bunch of evil people pretending to be good." Akashi stood roght in front of Katsuki, while Katsuki was looking up at Akashi.

'He was standing next to Kei earlier! How did he get here that fast!?'

"I'm sorry Katsu-nii. But I hate heroes. I'd rather be quirkless than to be a hero." Katsuki saw how Kei grinned at him after taking his surgical mask off. Katsuki was helpless.

He felt strong pairs of hands started to hold his arms and forcibly making him drop om the ground. Katsuki felt like crying.

"Why?" was the only word that his mouth could ever ask. Akashi, despite his age, just shrugged his shoulders as if all that is happening today was just another playtime.

Katsuki retaliated and tried to break free from the nomus' grip but failed miserably. And that was the last thing Katsuki remembered after Akashi striked him again with his lightning quirk.

"Akashi... Aoi... Why."
