Emiri pulled her attention from the assignment she was working on and turned to look towards the TV, where a fight between a hero and a villain was being broadcasted, as she watched, she let her mind wonder. It was getting closer to the end of the school year, and the U.A entrance exams were even closer, being only a few days away. There were multiple occasions where Emiri's parents offered to recommend her to the school- a sure way for her to get in- but Emiri wanted to participate in the exams, she wanted to prove herself, as well as see the quirks of all the other students participating.
Emiri was what people might call a quirk- or hero fanatic- though she preferred the phrase 'Hero Analyzer'. She payed attention to the heroes that she's seen in action, in person or on TV, and took notes. The name of the quirk and any details that were readily available to the public as well as any and all drawbacks the quirk holds. Her notes go into detail, since she jots down everything. Not even the Number 1 hero All Might was safe from her analysis. Though, there was something that made her different than other fanatics. She took notes on the villains too. Any villain that a hero has fought, she's taken notes on. The more she knew about the kinds of quirks out there, the better for her in the future, as well as the more useful she could be.
Glancing at the notebook that laid next to her assignment, Emiri knew the fight that was currently going on would hold valuable information that could go inside the notebook. After a few seconds of reasoning she figured that she deserved a break and grabbed the notebook, turning her attention towards the fight that was onscreen.
The fight wasn't too interesting, the hero had managed to get the villain captured in almost no time at all. Which Emiri was slightly annoyed about. She barely got time to observe their quirks, not to mention it looked as if the villain had almost chance of winning. With a sigh, she placed her notebook on her lap and turned back to her assignment, though kept an ear out for any more broadcasted villain attacks.

Taking a deep breath, Emiri stepped off the train and looked around the station she was in. The days had passed by quickly, and it was now time for the U.A entrance exam. To say she was nervous was an understatement, though she managed to keep her chin up and walk thorough the crowd of people.
As she walked up the hill to the famous school, Emiri tried not to think of everything that could go wrong if she didn't get in. There was more at risk than her family being disappointed in her, thinking about it, this exam really could mean life and death for her, though being honest, she really didn't want to think about what could happen to her if she failed.
While she was lost in the thought of trying not to think, Emiri realized she was already up the hill and at the front gate. Looking up at the building, Emiri took a deep breath and started walking forwards. The exams would be starting soon and she didn't want to be late. Her hands tightened around the strap of the shoulder bag she was wearing and with a sudden burst of determination, she walked inside the building.
After following the crowd to the registry table, Emiri grabbed her examinee card and followed a small crowd towards the auditorium everyone trying for the hero course would be going to. Once she stepped inside, she looked around for a place to sit. As she was looking around, she spotted two familiar faces. Iida and Clover were sitting a few rows from the front, and it looked like there was an empty seat right besides Iida. She was relived to see familiar faces.
"Ah, Miss Koyama!" Iida greeted once Emiri walked up to them.
"Hello Iida, Clover." Emiri said, bowing slightly, "I'm glad to see some familiar faces."
"I am too. I was a nervous wreck before I saw Iida." Clover said as Emiri sat down. "There are just so any people here."
Emiri nodded, "There are, I almost turned back around when I got to the gate."
