It wasn't long at all until Emiri was back at U.A, sitting in her classroom and listening as her classmate talked about their internships. On the other side of the classroom, Sero and Kaminari were laughing at Bakugo, who's hair didn't have it's usual spike— until Bakugo literally blew up— and it went back to normal.
"Awesome! You got to face actual villains? I'm super jealous!" Mina said, leaning slightly on Jiro's desk.
"Well I didn't fight. All I did was help people evacuate and provide support."
"But it still sounds like so much fun!"
"I spent basically training and cleaning up the shipment deck. Though there was one day where we caught a bunch of drug smugglers." Tsuyu said.
That's cool. Emiri thought.
"What about you, Koyama?" Tsuyu asked, looking over at Emiri.
"O-oh, me?" Emiri asked, taken aback at the three looking at her.
"Oh yeah! Who'd you intern under? I don't think you ever told us!" Mina exclaimed.
"I interned with E-Edgeshot." The three girls paused at what she said, their eyes widening.
"No way. Edgeshot? As in the number five ranked hero?" Jiro asked.
Emiri nodded. "It wasn't that interesting. He mostly helped with getting me to improve my speed an reflexes. Though a group of villains did attack the agency on my second day."
"Man, you and Tsu got to do really cool stuff!" Mina exclaimed, "I'm super jealous!" She turned around and looked towards Uraraka, "What about you? What did you do?"
"I'd say that it was very enlightening." Uraraka responded, some sort of dark aura surrounding her and she punched the air a few times.
"I think she found her fighting spirit." Tsuyu said.
"Yeah, that battle hero must of been something else." Jiro agreed.
"After one week she's like a totally different person." Kaminari said.
"Different? Don't be fooled, Kaminari." M*neta said, a look of terror crossing his face. "All women are demons at heart. They just hide their true personalities behind pretty faces."
"What the heck did Mt. Lady do you you?" Kaminari asked. "That can't be true. I mean, look at Koyama! She's as pure as pure as they come." Kaminari said, motioning towards the white haired girl. "Anyways, everyone at my internship loved me. It was actually kind of great. Now if you want to talk about the ones who really changed, it was those three."
"Oh yeah, the Hero Killer!" Sero exclaimed.
"Glad you guys made it back alive." Kirishima said.
"I worried about you too." Momo said.
Emiri puffed up her cheeks, "I warned you, Iida! But you didn't listen! You're lucky you guys were saved by some pros!"
"Well! That's what you'd expect from the number two hero!" Mina exclaimed.
Todoroki looked down at his desk, "Yeah, that's right. He saved us."
Looking at the expression on Midoriya and Iida's face— also knowing Midoriya— Emiri had sneaking suspicion that that wasn't actually what had happened. Though it wasn't her place to point it out.
"Did you guys hear the news about the hero killer?" Ojiro asked. "Everyone's been saying he was somehow connected to the League of Villains. Can you imagine how frightening it would be if that creep had been there when they attacked the USJ?"
