Pushing through a crowd of information hungry reporters was not how Emiri wanted to start her school day, but here she is, trying to get past a crowd of reporters who had planted themselves in front of the gates of U.A.

"You! You're in the hero course, right?" A reporter asked as she shoved a microphone in Emiri's face. "The Symbol of Peace— what's he like as a teacher?"

"O-Oh? A-A-All Might? Emiri stuttered. She could see the doors of U.A just beyond the gate, she had gotten so close to getting through the crowd of reporters without being stopped. "H-He's a good t-teacher I guess. A-A little L-loud and o-over the t-to-top for a teacher but n-no-not terrible. Now may I pass, please?"

The microphone was pressed further towards her, "Not until you give us more information about All Might!" She exclaimed.

"I-I just want to g-get to class." Emiri said, slowly backing away, the front gate entrance was just a few feet behind her, if she went at the right time, she could easily escape the reporter.

"Miss! Please, any information you have would be helpful!"

"Sorry." Emiri said as she bowed and turned as she made a run for it, getting through the gates and not stopping until she was safe inside the building, glancing behind her to see that the reporters were already questioning another poor student— a gignger haired girl with a side ponytail.

"Got caught by the reporters too, ribbit?" A voice asked and Emiri looked behind her to see Tsuyu walking towards her.

She nodded, "T-They're really persistent."

"You got that right. They all want to know about All Might."

Emiri nodded, "Guess that's what i-it means too b-be the number 1 h-hero."

Tsuyu nodded. "We should get to class, we don't want to make Mr. Aizawa mad by being late."

"R-right!"

As they were walking to class, a buzz sounded through the school and the two of them looked out of the window to see that all of the entrances had been blocked off with metal gates. U.A's security protocol— if anyone without a school I.D or a guest pass tried to get in through the gates it would activate and block every entrance around the school's perimeter. One of the reporters must of tried to get in.

Continuing on, they soon got to the classroom, the bell rung and they watched Mr. Aizawa walked into the room and stand in front of the podium, starting their first period, homeroom.

"Let's get down to buisness. Our first task will decide your future."

For a moment, it seemed like the whole class had frozen, and like nobody even dared to breath. It was obvious that there was one question on their minds. Is there going to be another quirk test?

"You all need to pick a class representative."

There was a sigh of relief that made it's way around the classroom as everyone heard that it was just normal school stuff. Though the calm didn't last, and soon the room was filled with noise.

People were raising their hands left and right, all volunteering for the job. Emiri watched the chaos with her hand raised halfway up into the air. She knew that being class rep would help her obtain her goal, but the determination (and shouting) of everyone around her was almost overwhelming.

"Silence, everyone, please!" Iida shouted, getting the class' attention. "The class representative's duty is to lead others. That's not something just anyone could do. You must first have to trust of every student in the classroom, therefore the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to choose our leader."
