You can probably tell by now my parents love unique names.

"Get used to it. You are going to college."

"Ooh, are you implying that this happened to
y-you in col-col-college?" I laugh.

"I'm not telling...anyway speaking of college, the fam is taking you to go dorm shopping." Melle smiles.

"Lucky me..." I shake my head.
"But I'm so t-t-t-t.."

"Tired? Well, tough! Lucky you is right. I'm going to be your personal stylist."

"Ugh! You know I hate it when you finish my sentences.."

"Sorry, Pepper Rony!" Melle laughs, blowing a kiss.

My sister loves to call me Pepperoni; but that's something only she is allowed to do.

"Bed Bath and Beyond." Melle tells me as she pulls her long pin straight brown hair into a high ponytail.

"Come on, it will be fun. Plus it's college night so you might meet some cute girls, Rony." Melle winks.

"Oy..." I smile. "What's college night?"

"The night where everyone shops for their dorms because there will be an extra 20% off discount. As if one weren't enough."

"Yay, deals!" I smile.

"Ok I got him, let's go!" Melle calls to my parents as she grabs my arm and drags me to the car.

"Y-you don't need to drag me. I'm wwwwwilling to....walk." I tell her.

"I'm going to miss you, Rony Pony."

Yes, besides PepperRony my family is unfortunately also allowed to call me Rony Pony.

"Ok. I have lots of coupons for us to use so get ready for some deals!" Mom tells us as we enter the car.

My mom actually applied to be on the show Extreme Couponers. We are still waiting to hear back. I told her to tell them she has a famous son (cause you know, I do voice overs), but she insists that "we let it come when it's ready". I say she's too chicken to be on television, but don't tell her I said that!
