"Wait...you did what?!" Devin laughs as we walk to the practice field.

Devin agreed to help me learn soccer for twenty minutes before his practice.

Not for free though..

I agreed to do his report for some intro science course since I am a science dork and actually enjoy it haha. That's because his assignment is on "hot topics in science" so I am going to write about innovations in dentistry.

I know I haven't discussed it too much, but I am sooo excited to be a dentist.

Of course, I still have to get through my four years of undergrad before I even get to go to school to be a dentist, but still.

It will happen. I am so pumped.

A lot of people ask me why I don't want to just continue my voice career, but I feel like it won't be fun anymore if it were my life.

Besides, I find teeth so cool.

I'm such a weirdo.

"I had nnnnno choice, M-Man..." I moan as I open the gate to let us into the field.                      "I was mad tired after that party and I needed sleep! Wh-wh-wh-whaaat was I supposed to do?"

Devin laughs as he shakes his head.

"I told you not to come to that party...." Dev sing songs at me.

"Hey! You wouldn't h-h-h--have even made it to that party if it weren't for me....Aaaaanyway, even if I didn't go I-I-I-I-I still would have.........had that isshh...issue because B-B--Billy snores."

"Yeah,...that...that sucks..." Devin laughs at me.

"Hey! Quuuit it!" I laugh as my eyes tense up.

I feel a cool breeze overtake me and it honestly feels amazing.
I was cooped up in a study room at the library for the past few hours so I was finally able to finish the voiceover my mom was bugging me for.
I still don't understand the super short notice, but I'm just glad I got it done.
I wasn't planning on doing any voice work in college, at least not so soon!
It was kind of a weird assignment, I guess because it was for a new agency as they all do stuff differently.
Basically for copy right purposes they weren't able to send me the whole script, just my specific lines. So I only know one side of the story, less considering there are probably lots of scenes I am not in.

"You know..." Devin drops his soccer ball on the turf. "Ever since we got to college, I feel like your speech has gotten worse.."

"Oh r-r-r-eally?! I had n-n-n-o idea that my speech would decline in college. I just decided I nnnneeded to become B-B-British here for fun..." I narrow my eyes at Dev.

"Sorry...not trying to make you feel bad, I just...I don't know, want to make sure you're good.." Devin kicks the ball toward me.

"Oh, I'm good...Just...don't know wwwhere I will be ssssleeping..." I sigh, passing the ball back lightly.

"Good pass..Hey, my roommate has been MIA the past few days if you want to crash with me?"

"Uhh...Thank you, but I d-d-d-on't want to cause aaaanymore issues...Especially after getting caught in someone else's room by accident.."

Devin shrugs.

"Uh...I'm not even going to ask...But, really..It's no problem...I can let him know you will be here if you want?"

"Alright...Thanks, Dude..."

"Course...You've been there for me long time.. We've been friends for what?...Fourteen years now?"
