"Look. I really hate confrontations. I really don't want to have to do this. I just get the feel that you don't like me. I don't know what I'm doing or saying...I just feel like you're avoiding talking to me at every moment and I don't know why...."

Honestly this is becoming soo much more challenging than I could have imagined.

"Nah...maybe just you hanging out with other people and not really me...I don't know. You can forget it. I'm sorry."

Here I am allowing Billy to pour his heart out to me when all he really knows about me is my name.
Meanwhile, in efforts to make life easier for myself I'm shattering everyone around me.

Billy shrugs.

"I have two older siblings who are both severely psychotic..they are in a locked unit at the moment but when they were home it was never good..even now my parents are always fighting...I didn't really want to go away from home but I needed to get away from my home. It's just..."

Billy just shakes his head and buries his hands.

I step outside with Alec and immediately push him into the stairwell.
