Riley

Six weeks had passed since we became engaged and I had loved every minute of it. There was something more intimate about our relationship now, it felt as though we were finally a proper family.

I couldn't wait to get married in two weeks, we had decided to marry on Christmas Eve because we both loved the season and also wanted to be married before out little one was born. I couldn't bare to leave her after she was born.

My dress was perfect, it was simple in design, it was pure white with a lace bow above my baby bump and buttons ran all the way up the back. I loved the dress, it was perfect for me. The bridesmaid dresses were a deep red with a white band around the waist, they dropped down to the floor simply, and they were beautiful. Each of my bridesmaids looked amazing in the dresses, I was so glad I had chosen the colours.

Liam and I had gone shopping for the groom suits together. Liam had chosen a black jacket and pants but his waistcoat was navy. He looked so handsome. Jack also matched Liam was his smaller suit, they looked so good together. I couldn't wait for my wedding day.

I had my last day of work today, I was glad that I was finishing for a few months just so I could look after my babies at home. With Jack I was never a stay at home mum but I knew I always wanted to be. I hoped that I could stay with the baby until she went to school. Jack's father told me that I could spend as much time as I want off work, he couldn't say no, after all I was having his grand-baby.

Liam and I dropped Jack off at the nursery on the way to work. Once we arrived I settled into my receptionist chair behind my desk and Liam gave me a sofa kiss before heading to his office.

I had been working about an hour or two when a girl a little than me walked towards me. "Hello," she smiled with a perfect white smile. She was a pretty girl with white blonde hair and hazel eyes. "I've come to see Mr. McCain."

"Oh right," I smiled back. "What's your name?"

"Patty," she grinned. "Mr McCain called me yesterday to come in."

"Well he's not busy right now, why don't you head in. his office is down the hall to the left," I pointed.

"Thank you..."

"Riley," I told her.

"Riley," she smirked as she headed off to Liam's office. Liam hadn't mentioned Patty coming in to-day but I guess he forgot, he had a lot going on at the moment because of the holiday coming up and him finish college for the semester.

As I sat in my chair I wondered if Liam wanted a coffee, he usually did if he was having a meeting. I got up off my chair slowly because my big belly made me slightly unsteady when I got up.

I headed towards Liam's office and knocked quietly when I reach the door before I opened it. As I looked towards Liam's desk I was shocked at what I saw.

Patty was sitting on my fiancé's lap, her arms wrapped tightly around his neck and her lips firmly pressed on his. As I watched the scene in front of me I felt my heart start to break slowly. I couldn't believe he had done this.

I turned and left the office, with tears running down my face.

Liam

I was finishing up some work when I heard a knock on my office door, I assumed it was Riley. "Hey baby," I greeted as I tapped on my keyboard.

All I got in replied was tapping of heels against the wooden floor. Before I could even look up at the sound a pair of slim naked legs were thrown over my lap in a straddle. "Hey baby," the voice moaned back.

This is definitely not Riley, well I kind of guessed that when the legs came over me. I looked up to the face of the girl straddling. I was so shocked to see it was Patty. Patty was a girl I had hooked up with before Riley, she had worked here for a while before I decided to fire her because she only wanted in my pants.

"Get off me Patty," I angrily demanded.

"Why baby?" she questioned sultrily.

"Because I have a fiancé and a baby on the way."

"Seriously?"

"Yes seriously," I tried to push her off me but her arms clung to me tightly. I hated the feeling of her body on me, nobody would feel as good as Riley.

I heard a light tap on the office door which I knew belonged to Riley but as she entered Patty forced her lips onto mine. I was shocked to say the least.

I forced and forced Patty to get off me as I stared at Riley how had tears running down her face. As I pushed Patty off me Riley turned and left my office.

"Get out and never come here again! Leave me alone!" I screamed at Patty furiously. "I want noth-ing to do with you."

I heard Patty calling after me as I chased Riley, I had to get her before she left.

"Riley!" I cried to her as I saw head towards the exit. She didn't turn back.

Soon enough though I had caught up to her. I lightly grabbed her arm and pulled her towards me. "Let go of me Liam!" she cried. "I don't want you to touch me."

"It wasn't what it looked like. I would never cheat on you."

"She was kissing you Liam, I'm the only one who's supposed to kiss you."

"I know that baby. I was surprised when she walked in, I thought she was you and then she climbed on top of me, I tried to push her off but she wouldn't move. Then as you opened the door she kissed me, I promise I didn't kiss back."

"Why would she kiss you?"

"We had a past, we kind of dated for a little while before I met you but I never had the feelings I have with you with her. She's just jealous of you Riley. I promise baby."

She sniffled for a moment before nodding. "Okay I believe you."

"Good," I smiled. "I love you Riley."

"I love you too," she leant up to kiss me. "Now let's wipe her kiss from your lips."

Riley certainly did wipe Patty's kiss from my lips. Riley would be my last kiss ever.
