2 months later

Amara P.O.V

I sat in the back of my closet with my head in between my legs. Sweat trinckled down my brow and my heart was beating rapidly.All i could think about was I hope he didnt find me. I held my breath when i heard slow footsteps coming into my room.

"Amara I know your in here." He taunted me.

Oh shit. I held my body close to me as still as possible. I heard the footsteps grow fainter and then silence. As soon as i let out a sigh of relief the closet doors flew open.

"Gotcha!" He laughed while i screamed.

"Ugh August, your such a fuckin cheater." I got up out of my position and pushed past him.

"No your just a sore loser. I told you i was the King of hide and go seek." He teased.

"Whatever cheating ass." I mumbled. I plopped down on the bed and pouted.

It was like 9:00 on a Tuesday and the word bored is an understatement right now. So me and Aug decided to have a kids day. These past couple of months August has been a really good friend to me as well as his dad. It has also been 2 months since Josh's death and the whole situation with Taylor. I AM HIV FREE! Thank the lord. I cant say the same for Taylor though because i haven't seen or heard from shim since that day at Starbucks.

"So what you wanna do now?" I shrugged my shoulders.

"I dont know, lets just talk." He nodded.

"Can i get a drink first?" He asked.

"Yeah let me go check in the kitchen." When i came back i had a bottle of grey goose, orange juice and two glasses of ice.

"I didnt mean this type of drink but shit fuck it." He chuckled.

"So how's Kyra and the baby doing?" I asked while pouring our drinks.

He sighed hard and ran his hand down his face. "She's still at my parents house, she wont come until Bella is born."

August P.O.V

These past 2 months has been bittersweet. I gained a very good friend in Amara but my friendship with her caused animosity with Ky and I. I told her about me checking on her while my dad was away and she understood but she started to become suspicious after our friendship continued.She gave me a ultimatum .. Either stop being friends with her or she's leaving. I didnt believe anything that she said because she had no where else to go,  all of her family and friends were back in New Orleans. But one day all of her stuff was gone and my mom called me cussing me out talking about Kyra showed up on their doorstep crying and shit. She really left my dumbass. I try almost every day to get her to come home but she says she's only coming back when Bella is born so she knows that all of my attention will be on them and not on Amara.

"Damn Aug Im sorry.. Maybe we should stop being friends. I don't wanna seem like a homewrecker."

"Nah you good ma, She just needs to stop being so insecure and realize that theres no other woman out there for me. And besides you not even my type." I threw back the rest of my drink. She gave me a 'bish what' kind of look. "No i mean your attractive and all but you have nothing that i want that i dont already have at home." Now she looked offended.

"So you telling You not attracted to all of this?" she asked in a drunken slur.

"Nope" i said shaking my head feeling the buzz.

"prove it." she said sitting up on her knees.

"How?"

"Kiss me and if you can honestly say you dont feel anything then ill leave it alone."

"Nah Amara thats not a good idea."

"Stop being a pussy." Ughh God i hate when im being tested. I grabbed the side of her face and kissed her cheek.

"What the hell was that." Amara said in a drunked state. She grabbed my face and kissed my lips hard. I tried my best to fight it but her soft lips captured me. I relaxed myself and kissed her back. I wrapped my arms around her pulling her on top of me.

I moved from her lips too her neck kissing her soft skin slowly.

"I want you Aug." she moaned in my ear. It's about to go down.
