A/N: Just a quick little sketch of Clayton and Mavis together! Might as well show one last picture before I end the story. I want to thank all of you who have read thus far and have been voting and giving positives comments!
This story has gone on a little longer than I was intending but allowing it to go on, I was proud to do in order to end the story right!
It's sad to finally be ending this story, but it's not over. I am currently planning to write one more unique G/T story! Unfortunately, it will be a little while until I will have it out since I want to focus more on my other stories. Stick around and prepare for my next G/T story, Bloodthirsty!
But anyways, enjoy!

I took a deep breath in as I was finally allowed to be back on Nick's shoulder, since I couldn't stay there for the trip back to Novis and not to forget, coming back to Novis, we had to go through the Bridge first upon arriving.

The walk, was long. But it wouldn't be much longer until we got back to the neighborhood Alton and the boys lived in.
"Nick?" I put my hands together, crossing my ankles over each other and swinging them while they hung over Nick's shoulder.
I could feel the vibrations of his feet hitting the ground travel up to me as he walked.

He hummed for me to continue.

"What really is the Bridge? I understand it's going to be dangerous for me but what really is it?" I finally asked him, waiting a few seconds for the answer while he processed my question.

"I-I..- Um, that's not important. Just know it's not safe-"

"Please, Nick." I turned more to him.
"If I'm here, I deserve to know more about this world. I can handle it."

He paused, then took a breath before speaking.
"It's an illegal building."

"How so?" I pushed him to go on.

"The Radutle for one, we're not suppose to have that there. It's suppose to strictly stay with the CTO. And second the building is..."

I stared at him closely, waiting for the next words.
"Is...?"

"Basically an illegal restaurant."  He finished.

I watched him strangely, waiting for more to this story but only to get nothing.
"A-A restaurant..?" I said sprinkled with a bit of confusion.

He was silent for a bit, waiting for me to figure something out. He nodded his head.
"A restaurant... There's a Radutle right there.... Full of Cannibals.. Illegal.." He tried to give my brain a head start to what was happening.

I had finally put two and two together and I looked up at him in shock.
".. A-Are you serious?" My voice began to shake a little.

"Unfortunately." He nodded his confirmation.

I tried to keep myself calm and cleared my throat to rid of any shake in my voice.
"And y-you're letting this happen? We should do something about it!" I jumped up to my feet, but from the motion of Nick's walking, I grabbed his ear when I almost lost my balance and fell off. He threw his hands up to hold me up there, which helped.

"There's nothing we can do." He blankly said, making me sit back down.

"Yes there is! The CTO helped us before, they can do it again!"I exclaimed, thinking I had found a solution to all of the problems.

"No, there's too many. Even if we did say something, they aren't going to be able to clear out all of the Cannibals, they will know it's me, they will come after me, my parents will be pissed. I-It's gonna be a huge frustrating mess. I get that you aren't happy about it but please keep your own word and try to calm down about it, try to handle it. Understand, you won't be able to stop Cannibals. The CTO are trying and they are keeping the Cannibals at a certain level. But there are somethings you'll never be able to fully stop." He sternly told me.
