She took your breath away, you expected it of course she did. You'd crushed on the said woman for a long time, ever since you were a younger, less established version of yourself. Miss Sarah Catharine Paulson has long since been the subject of your night time thoughts; which more often than not turned into more. But she couldn't, wouldn't find out about that.
For years you had thought about how it would feel to act and create characters opposite sarah. And now it was coming true. How should she react? Should you reveal how much of a fan you are? Would she think you're crazy?
She was standing directly opposite you, although you hadn't been spotted yet it was still enough to make hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
'You know what elsa says; conceal, don't feel! It can't be that hard, shes only the woman of your dreams...'
"Hey l/n! Are you coming over here or are you just gonna stare" The familiar Australian accent knocked you out of your thoughts.
Then you hear that gorgeous giggle, one you've only heard 2nd hand, through videos on your phone. Watching her interviews happened to be a guilty pleasure of yours, though you happen to not be ashamed. Well, as long as she doesn't find out that is.
You prided yourself on your professionalism, your pure ability to do your job well. But something held you back from just walking over and mingling with your new cast mates. You wanted to trick yourself into believing it was just your anxiety fighting it's way to the surface. But deep down you knew it was because sarah was there. You felt pathetic, you've never even met her and you're acting like shes the love of your life. You needed food. It always made you feel better. The way to an actresses heart? Good catering!
"Hey blanchett! I'm just gonna grab some food and then I'll be there"
"Wouldn't expect any less"
You knew Cate from previous jobs and you'd know the others too if you hadn't been busy last night when they all met up for a meal.
Once you'd grabbed your food and anything else that took your fancy at the lunch table, you made your way back to the dressing rooms.

"Its so lovely to finally work with you sarah"
Ok, so you weren't that great at concealing and not feeling. The fangirl in you had always been strong.
"You too y/n, I followed your work on the walking dead. I was distraught when they killed you off"
Omg she knows who you are!
You felt the blush rise to your cheeks, and you couldn't help but look at her when you felt her hand lay on your knee for far longer than needed for.
"I think you'll soon learn that I'm awful at lying... I must admit I'm a huge fan, always have been. I've watched pretty much everything you've been in"
Great. Know she thinks you're a crazy person. Thanks alot Elsa.
That gorgeous laugh rung out again, you'd die happy if you could hear that every day for the rest of your life.
"You're too kind sweetie, and while we're being honest... theres nothing I wouldn't want to learn about you" she winked at you.
