•One week later•

-Babe! Can I get a hand over here? - Amanda shouted holding the groceries

-What? - Chin said coming for her

-Huh? Can't you see it?

-Oh right - he got some bags and took them to the kitchen

-What happened while I was out? - Amanda asked putting her purse on the countertop

-Nothing, but you got an email

-OH GOD - she ran upstairs and opened her laptop to check her email

-What is so important? - Chin said opening the bedroom door

-It's the results from my pregnancy test

-And...

-WE ARE HAVING A BABY! - Amanda shouted with tears in her eyes.

They were trying for five long years to get pregnant. This was a big moment

-Are you serious? - Chin said already crying

-Yes - she showed him the result and they hugged each other while crying of happiness

-Oh, the best day ever - Chin said and got on his knees to kiss Amanda's belly

-Yes

They couldn't stop smiling about that news.

Steve's POV

It was my day of, but my sexy doctor was at the hospital, as far as I know today was her big day. She had a rare case and today was the day of the surgery. She was too excited for this and have been practicing for a while now.

So, as a good boyfriend that I am, I will surprise her at the hospital. Nevertheless she deserves it. So, I got out of the house and went to a flower shop, I got the most colorful ones in a big ass bouquet. Then, I left to the mall and bought her a purse, I know she is needing one, hers is not doing much anymore,and although she will not ask or admit it till her things are on the floor because the purse ripped, I know she needs one. I wrapped the gift and drove to the hospital. When I got there I went straight to her office and put the flowers and the gift on her desk and then went back to Danny's house. She is gonna love it ❤️

-Hey, Danny?! - I called for him opening the door with a spare key

-Danno is not here uncle Steve - Grace answered appearing at the living room where I was already turning on the TV

-Hey Gracie, how are you?

-I'm fine, just doing a lot of homework - she looked at me with annoyed face

-Don't worry, this phase will pass

-I hope it would be faster, but anyways, I will be at my room

-Okay, good luck with your homework sweety

-Thanks Uncle - and she left

I came here to check on Danny and he wasn't home, we didn't have a case and he never told me anything about having to do something today. That was odd. So I called him

~Phone Call~

-Hey bud, where are you, I came to visit you and Grace is the only one here

-oh, I.. I'm busy, if it's nothing important can I call you later?

-Busy with what Daniel? .... And he hung up on me. Awesome.

I eventually got tired of waiting for Danny and left to my house. When I got there Vanessa called me.

-I got out of a very ground breaking surgery that went perfect and I get to my office to find these beautiful flowers and this GORGEOUS purse. I mean, I gotta have the best man

I laughed. she seemed really excited

-Yes baby, you do have the best man for you

-Definitely, I want my 'thank you'

-Oh babe, you will have it... bye! Love ya

Danny's POV

Rachel and I were kind of a thing now, we were on a date when Steve called.

-Do you think he knows? - Rachel asked me after I put the phone away

-He probably suspects

-That is no good Danny, what if this thing backfire and Stan finds out?- Rachel wiped with her British accent

-Babe, listen. First, Stan won't know and second, Steve already knows, I know deep down he is smirking to himself, but he is not gonna tell Stan

-Fine, I'll trust you on this one

-Good, as you always did - I said with a sarcastic tone which made Rachel laugh

The rest of the date was smooth, I got home to a very excited Grace.

I was cooking dinner for my girl and the doorbell rang

-Coming!

When I opened the door I saw my mom, Amanda and Chin

-Big news, needed her here, Mary is on her way.i hope you don't mind us - Amanda said storming in

-Of course not, you guys are family - i said closing the door

Man, my night with Vanessa was ruined, where is my phone? I gotta call her.

While they were all at the kitchen I went to find my phone, but too late.

-Hey babe? I'm here - her voice was loud and excited, I could also tell she was horny, she only speaks with that voice when she wants some of me 😏
