"Hey, look who it is!"
We looked to our left and watched a group of boys walk up to us. I recognized them from our school since they were known as the popular sophomores who would bully other students.
"Would you look at that? Levi and Lorenzo, the bad boys of our school are hanging out with the new gay kid." Him and his friends laughed and the same boy turned back to my puppies, "You guys should drop him off at a pride parade and come hang out with us instead."
Did I forget to mention that he's homophobic because his parents work at the local church and his dad is actually the pastor which then sort of forces him to be a homophobe because of his dad? No? Well...now you know.
"What are you guys wearing? Are those collars? Are you dogs now? Come here, doggies, come here!" He patted his knees and called out to my puppies.
At that, Levi and Enzo growled and were about to lunge towards the guy, but I stopped them. They huffed and glared darkly at him, making the guy's smirk slightly falter. My puppies looked down at me and gave me pleading eyes, but I shook my head and patted their chests. I turned and faced the group, catching all of their attention.
"Kai, is it?" He nodded and I crossed my arms, "So what's the deal with your ex-girlfriend? Did you make her run away? Last I heard, she started dating the captain of the cheerleading team."
Kai turned red as his friends laughed at him. He scowled at me and reached forward, pulling my shirt collar towards him so that I was inches away from his face.
I smirked and tilted my head. "You gonna do something about it, pretty boy?"
He growled and acted as if he was going to do something, but he didn't. He put me down and glared darkly.
"You're lucky that we're in the mall and not at school or else I would've beaten you up."
I chuckled dryly, "What's stopping you from beating me up right now? Or are you all talk and no walk?"
The group of boys 'oohed' which made Kai laugh. "I walk, too..."
"Then what are you waiting for? Show me." I held my arms out and gave him an awaiting face, "Hello..."
Kai swallowed thickly and his friend pushed him forward. "Come on, Kai. Show that freak what you got."
He nodded and looked at me, pulling his right fist back and swinging forward. I easily caught it and twisted his arm so that it was behind his back. I wrapped my arm around his waist and pulled him so that his back and arm were against my chest. I used my arm that was around his waist to tilt his head up, forcing him to look at the group of boys.
"Look at your friends, Kai. See how they wanna laugh at you because you couldn't beat up the 'freak?'" He nodded, but I squeezed his arm, "I want to hear you say it out loud."
"Y-Yes, I can s-see it..."
I scoffed and let go of him, shoving him forward. His friends burst out into laughter when they heard Kai's whine and made fun of him. Kai looked away as one of the boys spoke up.
"You can't hang out with us anymore. Nobody wants to be friends with a scaredy-cat."
"Yeah." The other boys agreed and began walking away, leaving Kai behind.
I clicked my tongue, then tensed when I felt pairs of arms wrap around my waist and side. "Master, that was so hot..."
"I agree with Levi, Master."
My puppies whispered into my ears as they began kissing my neck. I sighed and relaxed into their arms, looking up a second later when I heard sniffling. I gently pried my puppies' arms from around me and walked up to Kai from behind.
