SO, I'm aware that you guys are probably upset that I'm discontinuing this story until further notice. I do know how I wanted to end this story, so I'm going to give you guys a sort of play-by-play of the rest of this book!

Jon returns to Winterfell with Dany and ALL of her armies, which puts Amaris and Sansa on edge. They're not happy, especially after receiving his letter about giving the north to Dany. Once again, Dany and Amaris are at odds and any semblance of understanding they once had is gone. Sam comes to Amaris, demanding if she knew that Dany killed his father and brother. She didn't. Amaris is uneasy around Jon, unsure about what happened to make Jon give the north to Dany. All Jon says is "trust me", which does little to ease her worries.

Bran urges Amaris that she must be the one to tell Jon about his true parentage. "You're his brother," Amaris insists. "You should be the one to do it." Bran tells her, "You're his wife and the mother of his children. It needs to be you." Children. Amaris realizes she's pregnant again (twins, to be named Lyanna and Eddard). So, she goes down into the crypts to tell Jon. First, she tells him about what Dany did to the Tarlys. He didn't know either. He's furious but she grabs him by the shoulders and steadies him. "I know who your mother is," she tells him. "Your mother was Lyanna Stark. Your father found her, dying from childbirth, and she begged him to raise you as his own. She knew what my uncle would have done to you if he found out." "Found out what?" Jon asks. "That Rhaegar Targaryen had another living heir." Jon crumples, unsure about what anything means anymore. Amaris keeps the news about more children to herself.

The Battle of Winterfell happens about the same as in the episode. However, Jon doesn't spend the entire time on a dragon. He's leading the charge, while Dany does her best to keep the dead at bay, but even that's not enough when the Night King has Viserion. Jorah still dies. Theon lives, because I say so and also Sansa deserves happiness. Arya kills the Night King with Jon making sure that she can get there. Amaris goes down into the crypts. When the wights attack, she tries to fight one off of Rickon but gets hurt in the process. She barely notices and runs out to find Jon, and collapses in her search. Ultimately, though, she's fine and takes a week or so to recover. It's then that Jon learns she's pregnant. "You can't tell Daenerys about you or our children," Amaris whispers. "She'll go mad, Jon. Her entire claim rests on being the last Targaryen. If she finds out that she's not— Jon, please." "Children?" he asks. "I'm pregnant." His face hardens. He allied himself with Dany because he thought it would be too dangerous to not. Now, he's not so sure. He hugs Amaris close. "What are we going to do?" he whispers to her.

It progresses similar to the season. They turn south, despite Amaris and Sansa's reservations. Dany is angered by their resistance, and still reeling from Jorah's death. Amaris, Sansa, and Arya not bending right to her will has not helped Jon's worries. He just wants his family safe, but he fears that he did the wrong thing. Jon tells Rickon, Sansa, and Arya about his true parentage. It's hard for them. "We don't care," Arya says. "You're our brother. No matter what." Sansa smiles. "You are a Stark. To me and to the rest of us." Rickon says nothing, but hugs Jon tight. Amaris cries when Jon leaves and begs him to return. "I swear it," he says.

Dany burns King's Landing to the ground still, but Cersei is captured in the throne room of the Red Keep by Northern soldiers, led by Jaime, after the fires go out. Jon is completely turned against Dany by now, he knows that he was wrong and he will do anything to rectify his mistake. Jon kills Dany and is captured, just like in the show. But he doesn't need Tyrion to tell him that Dany went bad, he knew it on his own. Amaris travels south with Sansa, Sam, and Brienne. She is visibly pregnant now, but her bump is still small. She's maybe five months along. She leaves Robb in the north with Rickon, Bran, Gilly, and Myra. They meet up with Theon and Jaime once they reach the Kings Landing border. "Jon is being held prisoner," Jaime tells Amaris. "They have him in the cell next to Cersei." Amaris blinks back her tears and holds her head high when they go to meet Tyrion and Grey Worm. "You will release him," Amaris demands. "He killed our Queen. We will not," Grey Worm hisses. "He will die."

"Your army has been destroyed. You have no power in Westeros, you never did. You and your Queen destroyed this city and all its people." Amaris refuses to relent. Grey Worm is a smart man, despite his grief over losing Missandei and Dany. He knows the odds are not in the favor of the Unsullied if it comes to a battle. The Northmen will win if it comes to a fight. They have won no loyalty in Westeros, and none of them are rulers. He wants revenge, but for what? It's a lost cause. "I will travel to Naath," Grey Worm finally says. "I will take the Unsullied with me." Amaris nods. "We'll get you a boat," she promises. She's angry, but not vindictive. There's no more need for violence. If the Unsullied wish to leave peacefully, she will let them.

The remaining lords and ladies of Westeros are called to High Garden which is now acting as the new capital of Westeros. The northern lords want freedom, as does Yara and the Dornish. Amaris agrees that anyone who wants their freedom deserves it. Sansa is elected Queen in the North. Sam takes his place as Lord of Horn Hill. Gendry is made Lord of the Stormlands. Amaris and Jon are to be King and Queen of the remaining four kingdoms. High Garden becomes the new capitol while the country works on rebuilding Kings Landing and the Red Keep. Jaime is made the hand of Jon and Amaris and Tyrion is exiled for his part in helping Dany destroy Westeros. Cersei is executed by Jon and Sansa gives the sentence.

Amaris and Jon go on to have two more children after Robb, Lyanna, and Eddard. They have two more daughters, Alyss and Shireen. Westeros lives on in peace and prosperity, so long as Amaris and her legacy rule over the land.
