Alex Wood's aesthetic

[One Direction- Spaces]

Tori's P.O.V

He throws the cigarette down and gently presses his foot on it. He lets out a long sigh and shoves his head in his hands.

"I don't deserve her." Nathan whispers, his voice kinda shaky.

"What makes you think that?" I ask, fiddling with my thumbs, not knowing what else to do.

"Sh-she deserves so much better than me. I don't know uh- I- I don't know how to treat girls. I- I just can't make them stay." He takes another deep breath, before continuing.

"I can't make her happy. She deserves to be happy." He finishes.

"I've never seen her happier, you know? I've known her for a while. Whenever she talks about you, her eyes lights up." He looks at me, I take one of his hands in mine, "If you want her, you will have to fight for her."

"I will. I will fight for her." Nathan says, he pulls me in for a hug. "Thank you Tori."

Nathan pulls away, for a second I look into his green eyes, I feel something I should not. I can't explain it to anyone, not even to myself. I stand up too quickly, my head starts to spin. Too quick, too quick.

"I- I should go." I point my thumb behind me, "Go check on Francy and lunch is almost over."

"Okay." Nathan stands up.

"You're gonna be okay right?"

"Yeah," I look away and almost go through the door before, "hey Tori." I spin around, to see him still standing there.

"Thank you."

I walk back to the cafeteria, my footsteps fading into the noisy hallways. Everyone was enjoying their time with their friends.

I walk in to see Fred, Herper, Alex and Nat sitting at our table, but Francesca is nowhere to be seen.

I take a seat beside Harper and across Fred. Beside Harp is Alex, across Alex is Nat.

"Where's Francy?" I ask Harp.

"She went to class, gave some weird excuse." She shrugs.

"Hey Fred," I call him as he was zoning out, "What did Hayden want?"

"He apologized again, nothing more."

Freddie's P.O.V

We are all sitting around as Nathan and Francy have their first fight, no one daring to stop them. We were too far away to hear what was actually going on.

I can make out none other than Hayden Gonzalez, coming this way. He stops beside me. For some reason all the hair on my body stands up, I'm not entirely sure if this was because of fear or something else.

"Hey Fred, can I talk to you for a sec?" Hayden speaks up.

"My friends call me Fred. It's still Freddie for you." I say, way too coldly. I swear I'm not always like this.

"Freddie, can I please talk to you? Outside?" He pleads.

I glance at Harper who was sitting across from me. She gives me an encouraging smile, letting me know It'll be fine. I mumble a small "Okay" before following him out the door of the cafeteria.

We walk for a while stopping at a random hallway. I know I shouldn't be in an empty hallway with my former bully. But for some reason I'm not scared of him anymore.
