Tori's P.O.V

I wake up to the sun burning my eyes. I woke up before the alarm. Damn.

I decide it's better not to bury myself back to my comfortable bed and get ready for the day.

Shit. I have to face Ian's annoying ass today. I mean it's not like don't want to see him, it's just that he can be insufferable sometimes.

I walk to my closet and pick out an white oversized tee and tie a knot, and some black distressed jeans.

I take a quick shower, not bothering to wash my hair today. I mean not to use shampoo. I blow dry my hair and put it in a high ponytail.

I stumble downstairs, to see both my parents. Mom, making breakfast, wearing a pencil skirt and matching top with 4-inch heels. And Dad, with his formal work attire, sipping his black coffee.

I got my eyes from my father, grey like the clouds before a storm, but he has light brown hair. Unlike my mother who has perfect blonde hair, which is now tied up in a bun, her blonde hair compliments her bright blue eyes, which can be compared to the sky in summer.

"Mornin' Shortie." My dad says.

"Good morning Daddy bear." I say, using our nicknames given by ourselves when I was younger.

"Want some waffles, darling?" Mom asks, from the kitchen.

"Yeah sure, thanks."

After talking and eating for a while, the doorbell rings.

"I'll get that." Mom says, while I shove the last pieces of the waffle down my throat.

"Hello, Mrs. West, um where's Tori?" I hear Harp at the door.

"She's still eating, you can come in if you want. You've had your breakfast? I made some waffles."

"No that's alright, thank you, Mrs. West."

I was gulping down some water when Harp came in the view.

" Sup' TT. We're taking the bike, Alex is recoloring his car." Harp informs me.

"Yeah? Cool. I'm almost done. I'll grab my backpack quickly." I say, sprinting away from the kitchen.

"How are you Harper? How's school?" I hear my dad ask Harp, before disappearing upstairs.

I quickly grab my stuff and shove it in my backpack. Grabbing my phone, placing it in my back pocket and running downstairs. I find my Dad and Harp in a conversation about bikes. I have no words, they have some kind of bond, always talking about bikes and cars whenever they meet.

"Harp C'mon!" I yell.

"Coming TT-" Harp states, "Mr. West if you decide you're actually going to buy something I'd like to be the 2nd one to ride it!" She says before running after me.

"I was thinking I'd have to leave you with my dad." I murmur.

"I wouldn't mind-" Harper starts, "he's really cool. We can talk hours after hours without getting bored." She says, cracking up. Then we were laughing like maniacs in the middle of my front yard.

We make our way towards her Bike. She mounts the bike and starts the engine before placing a helmet on her head and handing me one, before motioning me to sit behind her.

Harp starts to drive as soon as I sit. I feel the wind hitting my face. I close my eyes feeling some sort of comfort.

I feel Harp move, "Get off already."
