[Song for the chapter:
Love you Goodbye- One Direction ]Tori's P.O.V
The sound of an unfamiliar ringtone wakes me up from my "Sleep". Last night, Nathan and I tried our best to enjoy the performances with the others. Eventually, we gave up and came back to our tent and proceeded with our pity party. We ended up crying and then tried to sleep.
"Hey, babe." Nathan's sleepy voice echos through the tent, and for a second I forget how to breathe and all air gets stuck in my throat.
"Nah, we're having a great time. We saw so many famous people- Yeah I bonded real good with Harper- Yes she met Camila-" He stepped out of the tent while talking, obviously wanting some privacy.
I throw the blanket off of me and just sit there for a while, before finally getting up. I start to pack my bags.
I can't believe it's been three days already. All of this happened in only three days. This is a mess, a mess that can't be cleaned up. I don't know how I'm going to face Francy back home.
Nathan. I'll miss him, I'll miss us. Although I only got to experience it for three days, it was better than I could've ever imagined. And I want more, but that's not possible.
After I'm done packing I pull my hair into a bun. I put the least amount of makeup possible, enough to make me look presentable and head out.
Everyone met outside Harper's tent.
"So when are we leaving?" Hayden says.
"In thirty minutes. And I'm not wasting a single second. Everyone can go wherever they want to, but make sure to meet us outside in time." Harper instructs.
"Where's Terry?" I ask with an amused face.
"Uh- he's gone. He sent me a message saying he was leaving early in the morning." Harper says in a relieved voice.
"That's weird."
"No. It's good riddance. Now come on, we don't have much time." Harper yanks Tyler away.
Everyone wanders off in different directions and I'm left with the one person that's turned everything upside down.
"We need to talk."
These are the words I've been dreading.
I turn around to face him and sigh, "I know."
"We have to forget about this. Like we should've when I first kissed you in the tent. But we didn't. And somehow things are more messed up than ever. I know I have no right to tell you to forget, but I beg you, please." He takes a breath, "You can tell Francy if you want to. I won't stop you."
"I can't. She doesn't deserve it, she doesn't deserve to lose two people at once. I know she'll hate me after this, and the rest of them? What will they think of me? And I don't want to hurt her either. It's selfish, but-" I trail off, looking around trying to think clearly.
"I'll miss you, Doll." He smiles sadly at me. He looks down at my lips before closing his eyes in frustration.
He quickly opens his eyes and cups my face in one hand, pressing his lips against mine. Our lips weren't moving, neither were our hands. The only thing I was doing was trying to savor this feeling, which I knew I was going to miss terribly, and I'm sure he was doing the same. I am holding back my tears, but I don't think Nathan's strong enough to hold his, talking to Francy in the morning really took a huge toll on his mental state. I feel his tears traveling down his cheek, I move my lips trying to calm him down.
