Call you mine - The chainsmokers ft. Bebe Rexha]

Tori's P.O.V

Figments of last night enter my mind as soon as I open my eyes. thank god my blinds are still closed, or else I'd be blinded by the sun.

Did I just wake up before the alarm? I guess I did. I slowly shove my blanket off of me, I jump out of the bed and my warm feet meets the cold of the ground.

After making my bed, I enter the washroom without any intention of taking a shower or anything- I think I can spend a day with greasy hair.

I take one of my many crop tops and ripped jeans. I apply some concealer, mascara, and pinkish nude lipstick- today feels like a great day to dress up a little. I brush my hair, and make two little braids and put them like a crown around my head.

The soft voices of my mom and dad reach my ears as soon as I open my door, they must've came late last night. I make my way downstairs, to greet my parents, only to be surprised by another voice.

"Mr. West, my sister is Tori's new best friend or something." Nathan's voice booms throughout my house.

"I wanna meet her so bad, she took my place!" Harper laughs.

I mean, Harper is probably closer to my parents than me, but Nathan? What is he doing here?

"Nathan?" I peep inside the dining space.

"Hey, doll." Nathan smiles.

"Heard you have a new bestie." Harper speaks up.

"You don't need me when you have my parents." I roll my eyes.

"That's true." My dad answers for Harp.

"Pancakes are ready, kids." My mom calls, from the kitchen.

Both me and Nathan exchange looks at each other, remembering the night we had our own fun with pancakes.

"Where's Tyler?" Nathan asks Harper.

Somewhere under all of our noses, Harper and Nathan grew closer as friends.

"A spot opened up at the football team, he'll be trying out. Ian is probably showing his some tricks, he had to be at school early." Harper says, digging in her pancakes.

"Who's this Tyler?" My mom asks.

I cough, smiling at Harper.

"My boyfriend." She smiles at my mom and dad.

"And I thought we were best friends!" My dad says, acting like he's hurt.

Everyone starts to laugh as we finish our breakfasts as soon as possible. I can get used to this, some of the most important people of my life in the same room, just a few missing.

"Shotgun!" I yell as soon as we step out of the house.

"I'm driving, by the way." Nathan says.

"Fuck both of you so hard." Harper says as she slides in the backseat.

We reach school more late than usual, cause Harper wasn't driving. She gets out of the car with a loud huff and makes her way to the football ground- Not without flashing Me and Nathan with both of her middle fingers. Nathan and I part our way, as he goes to his locker and I go to mine.

I close my locker only to be surprised by a certain football superstar standing against Harper's locker.

"Hey, Cupcake." Ian smirks.

"Hello, Russel." I roll my eyes, with a smile.

"Listen," He suddenly becomes serious, "I'm not the kind to twist my words. I'm gonna be really straight forward, I was gonna wait a few more days but I'm impatient as fuck-"
